Second time for us. We made a mistake in the booking and they helped out wonderfully to resolve it. The rooms are nice, clean, have all you need and the biggest bed ever.

Not a great deal the wifi worked.
It had a horrible smell, the receptionist wouldn’t help us. Our tv didn’t work. And the parking was closed.

I liked that it included little helpful touches that other hotels sometimes don't, such as a toothbrush and toothpaste set, shower cap, room to place suitcases, and plenty of hooks for hanging towels. They accommodated my baby with a travel cot.

Great location if you go to Forest Nationaal. Spacious room and bathroom. Helpful staff.
We were unable to warm up the room, felt quite cold during the night. And unfortunately the AC/heating was noisy, so I was happy to have earplugs with me.

The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. We dined 2 nights at the hotel restaurant because the food was good and reasonably priced.
