The staff were very helpful and friendly. Access was also easy and good.
Most of the utilities are old and need maintenance. Several sockets including the only one in the toilet were broken. The access card for the room needs to be updated everyday, at least it was in my case.

Disappointing
Decent design. Quiet room.
The AC did not work meaning it was a bit too hot for a good night sleep. There was no attempt to fix it. Also there was mould in the bathroom ceiling. This is not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel.

We initially booked for just 3 nights, but due to unexpected circumstances, we ended up having to extend our stay. From the very beginning, the hotel manager and all the staff were incredibly kind, available, and accommodating, making what could have been a stressful situation much easier for us. A special thank you goes to Francisco and Yuliya at the reception, who went above and beyond to support us. Their kindness and willingness to help truly made a difference, and we are extremely grateful for everything they did for us. The room was very comfortable, clean, and welcoming, and the hotel itself has a lovely atmosphere. Very nice breakfast as well! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, especially given the unexpected circumstances. We would definitely be happy to stay here again!

Large room and bathroom, air conditioning and very quiet.
Car parking expensive and the location a little far from the centre. Taxi fare quoted was 27.5 Euros to centre. Handy for the Horta museum though. Restaurant menu a bit basic.
