Disappointing
Location
It was very hot , the hotel refused to start air conditioning. One could not open the window properly as we were three people. The open window would hurt the person on the head. We spent 3 uncomfortable nights in hotel Catalonia.

Spanish was understood
The smell was terrible. Before getting to our room the hallway was already smelling terribly. Same for the room horrible smell coming maybe from the bathroom pipes, but seem a general problem. We had to leave the windows open all night to stand the smell.
AC was not working, the room was hot besides smelly.

Comfortable rooms at a good rate for Brussels. The room isn't big, but bathroom is surprisingly large and it was fine to accommodate a family of 4 (a kid and a baby)
The AC couldn't be turned on (centralized AC throughout the hotel we were told), but with a warm day out (in April), the room temperature was insufferable. We had to keep the window open throughout the night. I can't imagine how it must be in the summer

Great location if you go to Forest Nationaal. Spacious room and bathroom. Helpful staff.
We were unable to warm up the room, felt quite cold during the night. And unfortunately the AC/heating was noisy, so I was happy to have earplugs with me.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very comfortable. All needed amenities and comforts were there. The room even had a balcony with a nice view. Staff was polite and efficient. The breakfast was very good.
Nothing major. Only minor points: The hotel is rather outside the centre and it was rather pricey (but probably not so much for Brussels standards).

Staff was friendly though were not helpful with the issues we had with our hotel room
there was no hot water for the shower despite multiple requests everyday to the staff. The cold AC was not working as well. There was a strong odor in the hallways of the 5th floor where we stayed

Perfect place, very comfy room, especially the bathroom with a bathtub. The breakfast was outstanding!
Not in the hands of the Hotel, but the closest tram stop was not working because of street works.

The room was not ready by check-in time. Double room instead of requested twin room. The key card stopped opening the door.

The room and bed was OK, but the room temperature was too high and when the AC was turned on, it was too noisy. It was not very comfortable to sleep at those conditions.
