There is constant water sound all night from the sealing Feels like there is a fountain in the room We couldn’t sleep all night Also outside corridor people were loud until 3 am staff was really helpful nice but room was bad

Very convenient location, easy to get to the center and Brussels Zuid station. Very pleasant staff, clean rooms that have all the basic amenities.
Very expensive breakfast for not a wide selection. We had our key card demagnetising all the time. Other than that the stay was great.

We had a room with a terrace which was lovely with a view over rooftops. Good Aircon which was appreciated during the heatwave. The room was clean and comfortable, the gym is small but has what it needs and the bar and restaurant serves good food and beer.
The TV could do with a couple more channels and three ability to put subtitles on. The fire alarm kept going off one night even though there was no fire which was annoying but got fixed.

Excellent location. The room was clean and water pressure in the shower was decent.
The aircon was old and difficult to control. A fire alarm glitch at midnight meant it was impossible to sleep for over an hour and this was poorly acknowledged. A tip if you are adding on breakfast - it is €22 per head (!!!) for a substandard buffet. There are much nicer and cheaper places to get breakfast close by.

The hotel was more like a proper 4 star than the ones we normally find these days.
Pictures at the time of booking showed a much better room than the one we actually got.
