We enjoyed our stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with air conditioning that worked perfectly — a big plus in the summer. Housekeeping was regular and kept everything tidy. The location is also convenient, with a bus stop just a short walk away.
The complimentary water and tea/coffee were not replenished during our stay. Even the disposable cups were not replaced, so we couldn’t make any hot drinks after the first day.

Clean rooms and friendly staff.
We were under the roof so impossible to sit up on the bed (almost). The plugs are quite far from the bed.
The hotel staff came for cleaning at 9.00 and we were still there so she didn't do our room in the end. (Just to renew the coffee and tea would have been nice)

It was the worst Ibis hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I stayed for a total of three nights. On the first night, at 4:30 AM, I woke up to the sound of my door opening, followed by the light turning on, and a couple walking into my room. I thought I was going to have a heart attack. When I rushed down to reception in a panic, I spoke to the night receptionist, and he apologized to me repeatedly. He explained that the person who had checked me in earlier in the day had “messed it up,” so he had seen my room as vacant in the system and was able to give it to new guests. Because of such an unprofessional mistake, I experienced one of the most traumatic moments of my life. As compensation, they offered me complimentary breakfast for the remaining three mornings of my stay, which was average at best.

The staff are brilliant, very cheerful and helpful. We had a good room on the front but not noisy. The breakfast was very good value and well stocked with a good variety of options.
The area for the cafe/ restaurant was very pleasant.
On Saturday the waffle maker wasn't switched on so we couldn't make waffles and the pineapple juice was watery.

I’ve stayed in Ibis hotels before, but they have been practical without being all that great. This Ibis however was modern, very clean and very comfortable, with a very pleasant bar/restaurant area. I had a garden side room with a pleasant view of the Châtelain neighborhood. And I slept really well! And it was less expensive than an Airbnb and the other options in the area.
