The property was in a safe location as well as so convenient with stores and cafes nearby. The view was beautiful and the neighborhood was hustling but also quiet too

Very Poor
It was clean and new.
I could not sleep the whole night due to a very loud fan in the bathroom. When telling management, they were not able to turn it off. It was a horrible and uncomfortable experience.

Good
Extremely spacious, well-appointed and spotlessly clean room in a location immediately beside bus and tram links at Vleurgat, and a short distance from multiple restaurants & shops at Avenue Louise, Avenue de la Toison d'Or etcetera.
Let down only by some minor inattentive touches. I understand it's de rigueur to change linen or towels only as necessary, but why not refresh the supply of tea or stock the minibar? Lighter sleepers may struggle with traffic noise below, and low but seemingly permanent sound from air conditioning vents.
