I thought it was a very fun the different designs and art were great, The different amenities were superb with stuff like chill lounge and table tennis
The only flaw was the air conditioning it wouldn’t stay at a warm temperature but besides that it was perfect

the staff were all very helpful and friendly. the decor and aestestic were cool and interesting.
the room wasnt particularly comfortable and several small items were not working. our door lock broke several times, hooks for hanging towels or coats were all hanging by a thread and light fixtures seemed about to break. Breakfast was particularly disappointing due to the lack of options, the value for the options they did have and several out of order coffee machines each morning.

The room was of a good size and the breakfast had plenty of option and of good quality. The vibe was also nice!
The room seems to require some renovation and more attention to the cleanliness. There were several places not very clean and a lot of dust.

The restaurant and bar crew was amazing. Best part of my trip. They were warm, welcoming and thanks to them I’ll definitely rebook here again.
Some lacking in the room, like broken phone and could’ve been a bit more updated.

The rooms are very spacious and feel luxurious. Our bed was huge which is not normal in Europe so that was fun. The bathroom was also very big and the shower had amazing water pressure! Room service prices were fair and delivery was quick. The eco friendly offering of a free drink if you decline room cleaning was a fun perk too!
The beds are hard. Like hard hard. If you like hard beds, you might love them. The restaurant was pretty expensive for what you get. We also felt breakfast was pretty expensive so we opted out, the room it was in looked like fun though! Location wasn't great for us. Everything was a long walk or you had to take the metro down the road. Lots of noisy construction across the street.

My favorite hotel anywhere. Great location, easy to get to from Zuid/Midi Station. Very clean and modern look. Rooms are amazing, so clever and creative. Staff always welcoming and make me feel good about being a regular. And the bar and bartenders are amazing.

I have been coming to this hotel for almost 10 years, and it never fails to exceed my expectations. The service is always outstanding, and the rooms are wonderfully cozy with a creative, thoughtful touch. One of my favorite things is the luxurious breakfast – and on weekends, being able to enjoy it until 12 PM is such a treat. The location is perfect too, right next to the botanical garden and just a 10-15 minute walk from the main attractions. Staying here always feels like coming home.
This time, there were a couple of minor issues. The room cleaning wasn’t as thorough as usual – the towels were changed, but I had to call reception to have the room properly attended to. Also, a small update in the room would be helpful, for example, the bathroom door didn’t close perfectly and needed a little adjustment.
These are very minor points, though, and they don’t take away from the overall wonderful experience. I still really enjoy staying here and look forward to many more visits.
