The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, the breakfast fabulous, the reward for cleaning the room ourselves was nice, the gym, the decoration, the coffee available in the room, but above all the service provided by the staff; especially people at the reception desk.

the room was very quiet, very spacious too. The decoration was special and nice. comfort was really good. Bed was very comfortable. Welcome was easy and fast thanks to earlier pre-settings.

Large, comfy bedroom with two individual beds put side by side (which was fine for us as it gave us even more space - kind of like a king size bed), nice decoration and nice view as well even though we had the "classic room" offer. Staff was friendly. Location is convenient and next to metro and tram, 20 minutes walk will take you right in the center of town. We thought the location was very good, as we passed by other big names in the hotel industry located right in the center and it did not appeal to us at all (most are located on a big avenue with no charm, right in front of fast food restaurants etc). Plus, we liked the environmentally friendly aspect (you have a free drink if you agree to not have your room cleaned everyday).

I especially liked cool design of the rooms, the location next to a wonderful botanical garden, and the opportunity to exchange daily cleaning for a free drink. Breakfast is really good.

Amazing Hotel with a Beautiful View and Helpful Staff
The Breakfast felt uninspired. Just your Copy/Paste Continental with Frozen Bread, cheap meats and cheeses. And well, they had a waffelmaker Get Creative! Start Caring! (Everything else was 10/10 and the breakfast wasnt bad to be fair; just boring)

Please, educate your employees that they dont have to follow you anywhere the night where Carlos and other guy working. Other guy followed us when to lobby area, then came to parking(-1 floor) and weirdly approached after some random walks and asked which room I was in. You can profile people and you are trying to keep everything safe but do your job in a better way you could ask those questions in the reception. My friend visited me and we have not seen each other for almost a long time and you guys made those few hours horrible. At least when you do it try to not profile the world and treat people as terrorist
