Good location, close to all kind of transportation. Very colorful and attractive design place with its own charm. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed.
The door key often didn't work and I had to go to the reception to reprogram the card.

The room was of a good size and the breakfast had plenty of option and of good quality. The vibe was also nice!
The room seems to require some renovation and more attention to the cleanliness. There were several places not very clean and a lot of dust.

It was clean and the staff were very friendly.
It’s quite far from the center to walk, it’s on a noisy road so at night you hear sirens a lot. I didn’t like the entrance of the rooms, it’s a bit like entering a graffiti escape room but otherwise they are very clean.

The room was extremely cold. The heater didn’t work, there was no portable heater available, and the temperature inside the room was only 19°C. We were staying with a baby, which made it very uncomfortable. • They offered to change the room, but in three other rooms the air conditioning/heating system was also not working. • Our room was a Skyline type — freezing cold air was coming through the window. The whole hotel feels poorly insulated and definitely in need of serious renovation. I would not give it 4 stars. • Reception staff was not very friendly, and one of the receptionists didn’t speak English very well. • The only thing we liked were the breakfast options. • Location is quite far from the city center, and you need to walk up a steep hill to reach the hotel. • Overall, we would not return to this hotel.

Location, staff, room and breakfast
Nothing. Would highly recommend it. My issue is with booking.com. I had to book this hotel at the last minute as literally less than24 hrs before I travelled booking.com cancelled my reservation with another hotel. No reason was given. It was fortunate I checked my email so I could make alternative arrangements When I got on to booking.com I got chatbots and no help. I will be taking this up with booking.com on my return. Hopefully a human being will assist me
