Location, near of complicated people. When we order room Service we had to go the reception to pay. This is not a good Service. And they charge more that are supposed. The plate was 46€ but they charge in the card 50€.

Very nice staff!
Despite a 7th floor and location not on the main street it is quite noisy because of poor windows, also air conditioning is not quietely working. Environmental protection idea with vouchers is nice, but not working properly - being there four nights and "in the program" thriug all days I have received vouchers only once :-)

Bar area very smart and service was good. Hotel was clean.
Since my last visit to Hotel Bloom - the decor has been changed to be more arty - not to my personal taste but ok - the route to drive to the hotel is off putting- in particular the area around the back of the hotel is looking rougher than it did - but that`s not the hotels fault - just a part of Brussels looking worse, with Grafitti and rubbish in the road. Sadly - Breakfast was not the best...

Loads of options for breakfast, great buffet. As a freelancer I REALLY like how the desk was set up in the room, it's a huge floating desk that is wide enough for all of my stuff (laptop, external monitor, etc.)

The room was very innovatively decorated and it contained all comforts required. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was fantastic. It is has an excellent location since it is also very very near to the Botanique metro station and a 10 minute walk from Rue Neuve. Hotel has also a small mini-market that guarantees basic essentials so if you arrive late at night, you can find drinks and snacks.
I would have liked some more electricity outlets on the desk and near each side of the bed and I tried to go to the gym twice but my room card was not opening the gym door.

One of our favorite stays! The hotel is really close to a metro station, nearby a gorgeous botanical garden and the top rooms have an amazing skyline view overlooking the whole city. Even Atomium is visible. If you appreciate art and quirky design you're gonna love the rooms and the overall style of the hotel. Rooms and bathroom were clean with cleaning service being up to you (you get rewarded with a free drink if you feel like you don't need cleaning service). It made our birthday celebrations very special and most definitely will book again if we are in Brussels.
