Very cool concept. Rooms are nice and large. Coffee machine is ideal
The rooms weren’t sound proof. We heard our neighbors all night and all morning so we barely slept.

Loved the rooms, different from the normal white walled rooms. This one had multiple splashes of colour. It was such a fun room. Also came with a speaker, although wish it was abit louder

Location is great, just a 5-minute walk from Botanique metro station. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, and the hotel has modern, attractive architecture.

I liked the design of the room and the concept art of the hotel. We were a group of friends and we had connecting rooms which was amazing.
The bathroom was not so clean. But the main drawback was the location, even if it was close to the botanical garden, metro and tram, the neighborhood is unsafe. We prefered to take the uber from the city center to the hotel to avoid incidents.

Enjoyed our stay! It was very close to a venue which was the reason for my visit.
The ACs were toooooo hot. We struggled during our stay at this summer’s heatwave. The hotel offered to clean the AC filters and fans which helped and was appreciated - the rooms were still hot though.

The vibe was great, and the breakfast was delicious, with a huge selection. The fitness center was quite well equipped.
The air conditioning was a bit noisy, and the water pressure was too low. Overall, the quality didn’t quite reach the standard I’ve experienced at other nhow hotels, such as those in Amsterdam and Milan.

The hotel is clean, and the rooms are very clean.
The location of the hotel is not bad it's not really in the center area but if you take the tram it's not far. The train station is very close to the hotel. The hotel design and the room interior design is actually interesting.
It is a small supermarket one minute from the hotel which is good for getting some water and basic stuff.
The hotel is expensive.
It is usually used by the airlines staff and some tourist groups.
In my booking I wanted a twin bed and when I got to the hotel they said oh it's not available. I tried to explain to them that this is not my mistake but they wouldn't cooperate to resolve this issue.
Value for money is not great at all with this location.

The staff gave the same key card to two different guests, so I was shocked when an unknown man unlocked and came into the room out of the blue! He was equally shocked. We went to the reception desk and he was given another room but then my key card was deactivated in the process and I only found out when I tried re-entering the room where my belongings had been unpacked just 15 earlier. I had to go back to the reception desk to re activate my access. Maybe it was bad luck, but in any case there was no apology or attempt at compensation for this unpleasant experience.
