The room I stayed in on the first floor (104) needs an upgrade. The carpet didn’t make you feel like it was clean, the exterior door needed to be pushed to close properly, and the lower bathroom door had been worn down by moisture, etc.

Everything was perfect! The cleanliness, the visual style of the room, the amenities like the coffee machine and kettle, and even a fridge! Very wide beds. Neutral firmness mattress and soft pillows. Very comfy.
There was a hum coming from somewhere (not the AC), which annoyed my friend. Near the bed, there was a socket only on one side of the bed, which is criminal in 2026: people need to charge their phones! But there are more sockets around the room.

The bedroom and bathroom are spacious, clean and fresh. The bed was comfortable and housekeeping was good. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choices. All staff we encountered were helpful and polite.
The shower head in our room was not great, the water stream was not straight and the holder for the shower head didn’t hold it in position. We struggled finding our way around, it is hard to find the breakfast room, lots of different staircases and lifts. I also had a poor experience of the gym. I couldn’t work out how to use the weights machine, the instructions were complicated. When I went there a woman was working on her laptop in the corner and holding an online meeting. This was very strange and made me uncomfortable.

Variety of vegetables served at breakfast.
Outdated door and window system.no slippers in the room for 250 eur per night! First day breakfast tables were not clean all the time so wo hard to find clean table. Elevators non stop malfunctioning. Some times i needed fo take stairs but those did not take you directly to the groundfloor...
