Metro Schumann stop is just nearby. If you visit European Commission, perfect hotel to stay. Not close to the old town, center. Comfortable bed.
Unfortunately the carpet was smelling which was not good. I was busy and had no time to ask for a change of room. I am sure they would help as the staff was helpful.

The room was big enough, I liked the armchair and the bed.
There was a stain on the carpet, there were not slippers in the room, there was not enough light in the hallway and there was not even one chair in the balcony to stay out.

Room was freezing cold and the heater was turned off the whole night, went down to the lobby because I had an issue in my room and was told staff would come check it out — staff never came, so my request was basically ignored, really disappointing on that aspect, for the money I’d assume there would be better staff.

We enjoyed our stay in NH Brussels, the location is very good and in walking distance from major tourist attractions and also connected with public transportation and trains via Schuman Station. The neighborhood is very clean and nice, there are a lot of restaurants and cafes where locals dine in.
The room was very clean and spacious, the staff is really helpful and very friendly.
I'd recommend the place for anyone visiting Brussels!
