the hotel is big and at walking distance from the EU Institutions. it is clean and the staff are kind. recommendable should you have business around as well as the vicinity of the metro and train to the airport.
all fine othing to complain. of course do not expect night life in the surrounding. it is a business area. but for business purpose is fine.

The staff should be more professional. On the day of my departure, the cleaning person came into my room three times before the check out time, despite the 'don't disturb sign'.

Location near Berlaymont, gluten free buns for breakfast and other naturally gluten free options.
Cold room (and bathroom) on the 1st floor, but actually located on the ground floor.. Despite the heating (which was very noisy on the maximum power), after turning off the room was cold after 3 hours. The cold woke me up at 3 am so I turned on the heating and slept with ear plugs.

Very comfy beds, clean, quiet area, excellent for resting. An elegant hotel, only rooms are dated. Everything at hand, nice touch.
The location is quite far from the centre, public transport isn't handy, on Friday evening we didn't get a bus (the only bus was out of service).
The balcony is so tight and dirty.
Breakfast is
too expensive.
