Location was very convenient, and the guest room very cosy.
Staff was very noisy during breakfast. Talked loudly with each other, banged plates and cutlery. Though they were doing their job, it felt like there was little consideration about having a relaxed vibe in the room.

Metro Schumann stop is just nearby. If you visit European Commission, perfect hotel to stay. Not close to the old town, center. Comfortable bed.
Unfortunately the carpet was smelling which was not good. I was busy and had no time to ask for a change of room. I am sure they would help as the staff was helpful.

The room was spacious, location is good. Also, housekeeper who changed our towels and the cleaner who came after check-in were kind, helpful, and professional.
Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was significantly impacted by the unprofessional behavior of the reception staff. The staff were cold and never greeted us—not even when I greeted them first. They would simply look at us without responding, which is extremely impolite. With such an attitude, the reception team should not be working in hospitality. I work in this industry myself, so I know how important basic courtesy is, and this was truly disappointing.
Both the morning and afternoon shifts were equally unfriendly. No one asked if everything was alright with our stay, nor did they say goodbye when we checked out. They just glanced at us and continued chatting among themselves. This level of service gives a very bad overall impression.
The only people who behaved politely were the housekeeper who came to change our towels and the cleaner who arrived right after our check-in because the toilet had not been cleaned properly. They were kind, helpful, and professional.
The room itself was spacious, though it would benefit from having a smart TV. The location is good, but unfortunately the staff really ruined the experience for us. Breakfast is also overpriced (almost €50 for two people), and it lacks basic items such as fried eggs and bacon.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as the hotel has potential but needs significant improvement in customer service.

The best thing about the hotel is definitely the location, very close to both the EU instutions and the city centre.
Some of my requests were not taken into account or solved. Most of the personel could be more accommodative. Fitness centre is really small.
