Beautiful and clean hotel with nice amenities. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious and beds are quite comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I liked that it was well placed near the metro and train station so that it was easy to get around beyond the European Quarter. Food was relatively good, though it can be tiring if one stayed a bit long in the area. The staff also tried to help me when I had an allergic rhinitis attack with the limited resources they have in the facility. I was also in the hotel when most of the personnel in the EU Commission were out on holidays so the rates are lower.
I didn't like that their Minor Discovery app wasn't working well.

Good location,very friendly staff,allowed me to stay an hour past checkout without extra charging.
The cleanliness of the room and bath was average,so was the morning buffet which was lacking in options.Very uncomfortable desk to work on,bed was ok,the phone in the shower was leaking.

We enjoyed our stay in NH Brussels, the location is very good and in walking distance from major tourist attractions and also connected with public transportation and trains via Schuman Station. The neighborhood is very clean and nice, there are a lot of restaurants and cafes where locals dine in.
The room was very clean and spacious, the staff is really helpful and very friendly.
I'd recommend the place for anyone visiting Brussels!

The location is definitely an advantage: next to the metro station, close enough to the city center but still not far from the highway. The check-in and check-out were quick, room had a decent size and prize was ok
Room was a bit dated and the underground parking requires some driving skills (Especially for bigger cars). Didnt take the breakfast as I find 22€ to be a bit much

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Schuman roundabout, with a bus for the airport stopping in the next street. It is a dated property and you can see that in the rooms, but they are spacious and equipped with necessary amenities (tv set - I was unable to turn it on; electric kettle, fridge). The bed was super comfortable. The staff was helpful.
The shower was really weird, it was impossible to position the shower head in a comfortable way. I wish the hotel provided cotton discs and cotton buds, there were none. You could hear the subway (?) noise in the room.
