Location, cleanliness and installations
Room was freezing cold and the heater was turned off the whole night, went down to the lobby because I had an issue in my room and was told staff would come check it out — staff never came, so my request was basically ignored, really disappointing on that aspect, for the money I’d assume there would be better staff.

We enjoyed our stay in NH Brussels, the location is very good and in walking distance from major tourist attractions and also connected with public transportation and trains via Schuman Station. The neighborhood is very clean and nice, there are a lot of restaurants and cafes where locals dine in.
The room was very clean and spacious, the staff is really helpful and very friendly.
I'd recommend the place for anyone visiting Brussels!

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Schuman roundabout, with a bus for the airport stopping in the next street. It is a dated property and you can see that in the rooms, but they are spacious and equipped with necessary amenities (tv set - I was unable to turn it on; electric kettle, fridge). The bed was super comfortable. The staff was helpful.
The shower was really weird, it was impossible to position the shower head in a comfortable way. I wish the hotel provided cotton discs and cotton buds, there were none. You could hear the subway (?) noise in the room.

Location and breakfast are amazing! Staff is really friendly.
Noise from door slamming from other guests when leaving the room. Doors close on their own with force so unless someone closes them slowly, they will slam. Maybe the door mechanism can be improved.

Location was very good for my business purposes and there were plenty of restaurants and bars close by. The breakfast had a good choice available for self-service without waiting. The room was comfortable and was well-equipped.
The wifi was adequate, but not particularly fast. The size of the hotel meant it was not quite so convenient for getting to and from my room.

I arrived a day early for a 12 day tour. They put me in the room that they were going to assign me for the subsequent three days stay which meant I didn’t have to move rooms.
Having to walk to the back of the property to get the elevators to go to my room was fine for me but difficult for one of my travel companions. The elevators were slow and crowded.

Everything, the room was ready very early, the bad was huge and comfortable.
The room was quiet and packed with everything I needed.
The stuff was also super nice and welcoming!
