The location of the hotel.
The room was old-fashioned, the lights were too dim, in the WC a light was out of order and a plug also was destroyed. Rennovation of room No. 602 is needed and new furniture also.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Brussels. The location is excellent, with easy access to the city center, public transport, and many attractions.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any request. Their hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my stay.
The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Both the room and common areas were spotless and comfortable.
The only minor inconvenience was that the bathroom sink faucet was quite short, which made it somewhat uncomfortable to use.

Clean and comfortable. The location is perfect if you’re there to work in the European quarter. Otherwise, it’s less than ideal
