The hotel is conveniently located close to the Schuman roundabout, with a bus for the airport stopping in the next street. It is a dated property and you can see that in the rooms, but they are spacious and equipped with necessary amenities (tv set - I was unable to turn it on; electric kettle, fridge). The bed was super comfortable. The staff was helpful.
The shower was really weird, it was impossible to position the shower head in a comfortable way. I wish the hotel provided cotton discs and cotton buds, there were none. You could hear the subway (?) noise in the room.

The room was quite dark and there was no light above a mirror in the bathroom, it was impossible to do things like apply makeup in such lighting.

Free upgrade to a double room, very good facilities, very clean room.
My room was on the first floor and there was quite a bit of noise from outside throughout the night. I had to sleep with earplugs.

Not much at all, staff was ok
The balcony was the smallest space ever, just for one person to stand. The bath tub was broke as the plug hole cover didn’t work. The AC was not working at all. The mattress was not comfortable and felt very foamy. Complementary coffee station with no coffee sachets.

The room was decent, though nothing special – adequate for a short business stay. 24-hour reception available and the staff responded to reported issues.
My room was located in the second part of the hotel, which seemed less well-maintained than the main building. Very poor sound insulation – at night I could hear everything from the hallway, especially someone slamming doors repeatedly, which made it impossible to sleep. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the air conditioning. The bathroom lacked basic toiletries, and there was visible mold in the corner of the bathtub. The room didn’t seem properly cleaned – I even found someone else’s bra hanging on the bathroom door. I reported this to the front desk, and while they apologized, it left a very unpleasant impression. The receptionist appeared polite at first but wasn’t particularly helpful – I asked for an invoice but only received a pro forma document.
