Perfect set up for a family. It’s hard to find a place with 3+ children where everyone is comfortable.
The location is not the best. We chose not to be out at night in that area.

We stayed for one night with our two children, and both the facilities and the room were clean and very family-friendly. It was a great experience for us all. The children particularly enjoyed the breakfast, especially the delicious Belgian waffles and fresh orange juice. Overall, it was a great experience for our family.

The location was a bit unsafe, but luckily, we got a parking spot in the garage.

Everything is good for the hotel, there are arcades in the hotel and rooms are with different comic topics. Facilities are well maintained and designed, staffs are friendly.
The area is a bit chaos and noisy even during night time

This was a really cool and nice location. Lockers are available for rent at the basement level which came handy as we arrived a bit too early for checkin. There is an onsite restaurant but we opted to explore downtown area instead. There is a pool table and an entertainment/lounge area. Beds are comfortable and we thought the bunk beds were adult friendly. Clean rooms and very helpful staff.
The walk to the hotel was a bit sketchy, the surrounding area is ridden with construction, google maps is not accurately reflected on the closed sidewalks if you are planning to walk to downtown. We saw a few people hanging outside that seems sus but overall was not a bad experience just be mindful of your surroundings.

I liked this hotel a lot! Even though I saw a lot of reviews complaining about the location and safety and I was worried about it, we didn’t see anything to be scared of… you can walk at night without any issues of course with caution like everywhere else.
Something I would like to suggest is that maybe the hotel can think of a shuttle service to the city center and viceversa.

The rooms are big and spacious. Staff is very friendly and helpful,. You can check in online which is a plus so you don'0t have to deal with this on reception. Hotel is conveniently located and offers unique experience. I liked it's closeness to Metro. The location is not that good (from surroundings point of view) but we always felt safe enough. From hotel to Grand place is 15 minutes walking, so we were very satisfied.
The surroundings could be better, but this is not hotel fault.

We are budget travelers and was so happy to have found this accommodation.. its not in the center center but for its price, i think it is still conveniently located. I loved the theme of the property too!

The bunk bed with the feature of a sliding door. The receptionist also arranged for us to have a take-away breakfast, which was awesome, as we had a very early train to catch.

The place is good, great decorations, good space and amenities.
I made a mistake with the dates of my stay, called immediately and the staff was not helpful, they hang up on me by phone and I decided to not stay more nights in here. I recommend you to not make human mistakes or else you would not have any help

The staff was engaging in cheap behavior. After we checked out they charged us 5 euros for a missing bathroom cup which we certainly did not take. Also the sole bathroom was in the bedroom, very disruptive.
