I parked outside the hotel and my car was broken in and stolen stuff. Hotel is nice but located in a third world neighborhood. A bit dusty. The receptionist saw us with a stroller and she gave us a room where we had to climb several steps

The hotel is fabulous for children, especially if they like comics. We explored all the floors and found the spa and wellness parts, the lounge and the rooftop. The food at dinner was great, staff was very friendly and kind, and I got a better deal for a second night stay over thanks to the reception being open to do some arrangements. I was comfortable having a parking spot underground, including a charging station for the electric car. It is payable, but definitely better than leaving the car on the side of the street.
We used quite a lot the gaming room, the cinema and also the playstation!

Staff were really friendly. Fantastic hotel, quirky Cartoon characters. Each room themed on a Belgian Cartoon. Area is in a poorer part of town. 7 mins walk to Brussels Midi. Or 5 mins to metro- Lemmonier. Never felt unsafe. But we did not go out at night as we had had a full day seeing the sites. We did have a lunch and dinner at the hotel, choice was great, well presented and hot. Choice of salads, starters and main meals, dinner was around 20euro including fruit juice/coffee/tea and a dessert.
Roof top area, with comfortable seating on 3rd floor with inside seating a filtered water machine.
Daughter's phone was pick pocketed with her ticket on metro between Bourse/Beurse and Lemmonier. It was a busy train, we were not seated and a woman and child distracted by offering seat to my daughter whilst a guy in back baseball cap, black clothing took her phone. He got off at next station (Anneessens).
Hotel were kind, but advised that Police would not help as it happens so often. Fortunately it was an older phone. No complaints about the hotel. It was a brilliant stay.

Staff members were very kind and helpful. Wallpapers and decorations make nice for the kids along with the bunker beds.
The area is the worst I ever been. Never scared so much on my own, imagine you have the kids with you. It is literally like been in an a country in Arabia. Not a single white person. It is full of rubbish everywhere.

My son won’t let me put anything other than a solid 10 for this hotel. He thinks, it’s the best hotel he has ever been. On a serious note, this hotel is amazing for kids as it has arcades in the basement, PS4 in the lounge and a small cinema. As it is shown in the photos, there are comic decorations everywhere.
Our room was really spacious, clean and quiet, the double bed was really big with nice mattress, also the bank beds were very comfortable even for an adult. We had fresh towels every day, the A/C worked perfectly, coffee pods, fresh cold water and a communal fridge but we didn’t have any problem sharing it with other people. It worked fine for us.
Staff were very friendly and polite.
The area looks a bit rough. I would say mostly dirty and not dangerous but that’s the mayor’s fault. We got back in the hotel around 8 or 9 mm. I don’t know how it is in the later hours but until that time, there were mostly families around, local and tourists. We didn’t have any problems in our stay.

Room was a really good size, the hotel itself was great, arcade room was brilliant, cinema room and PS4 opportunities for the kids. Pool table is adults only and nice area to play.
The area outside the hotel was run down, lots of litter and homeless people on the streets around the hotel. It was the first time on holiday where we genuinely felt uncomfortable going out to explore, it didn't feel very inviting in the area. Woken up at 7am by a protest outside the hotel regarding the environment and homeless. It was peaceful, it was a bit of a March and chanting but very loud so early in the morning and It became a heavy police presence quite quickly.
Personally I would get a taxi or Uber into Brussels centre area and back as I wouldn't feel comfortable taking the walk.
