Amazing room, really spacious and super bathroom. Staff at reception were so friendly and welcoming. They told us about the roof top terrace and common room with fridge and facilities. Location was very convenient for main train station. We loved the comic book theme.

We appreciated the location and the help we received from front desk staff to guide us to a couple of the main areas we wanted to visit. As we had two young children, the environment was very kid friendly.
Nothing stood out to us as something we didn't like. The area has some outdoor garbage collection challenges but nothing at the Lodge that we saw as a problem.

Location - not really the hotel's fault.. but location is very close to station
Room's windows opened to a courtyard which at first appears to be secluded but at any given time people can walk there and hang out. So during the day we had to keep our windows blinds closed .

I loved this place. Plenty of room for my family, even though our kids are adults. There’s a 3rd-floor lounge with free sparkling or still water, a dining area (if you bring food), and rooftop seating. They also have a small lounge on the rez-de-chaussée, and an arcade with a few games on floor -1. The individual luggage lockers (6, 12, or 24 hours) were a huge help on the day we arrived and the day we left. A friend said the neighborhood - home to many North African and Middle Eastern immigrants - wasn’t “nice,” but we stayed 3 days and found it quite family-friendly. Note that in 2025 there is construction for a new metro line in this area.

Very nice lodge, clean, comfortable beds, clean linen and towels. Love the common spaces especially the rooftop garden and the free water dispenser. Luggage storage and air conditioner plus towel warmer are perks that i enjoyed. Staff very friendly and helpful.
It was not in the best location. Though walkable from Gare Midi, the surrounding area was not pretty, especially when it got dark. Lots of people just standing around. It is a bit far from Grand Place. You can either walk about 20 -25 min or take the metro.

Nicely decorated rooms, good dinner, appreciated the arcade room for children
Too much noise from the outside (true that we had the room on 1st floor, above the main entrance), bad covers to keep the dinner food warm - they were not fitting, making their operation quite difficult and risky (covering hot food), shady neighbourhood
