Nicely decorated rooms, good dinner, appreciated the arcade room for children
Too much noise from the outside (true that we had the room on 1st floor, above the main entrance), bad covers to keep the dinner food warm - they were not fitting, making their operation quite difficult and risky (covering hot food), shady neighbourhood

Room is quite nice and more spacious than others I found.
At check in, there were 2 men at the counter. A black guy in black t shirt (I am not racist, but I didn’t get their names) and a white guy. No one greeted us. I tried going to the white guy but he pointed me to the black guy. And the black guy got offended!!! He said ‘I am right here didn’t you see? Why are you going to him?’

There were enough beds for my family of 5. Bathroom area was on the larger size for Europe, still not a lot of surface area for toiletries. Overall room was decent sized. Lots of storage space, like a good-sized closet and places around the beds to prop up with phones, drinks, etc. Bottle filler available. Restaurant next door, seemed family-friendly but we didn't need to go to.
A/C was only flowing into main room, not into bedroom or bathroom. Kids were cool, parents NOT. Coffee maker issues. No fridge, but there was one in the building. I'm not sure who would put food/drinks into a fridge accessible by other people. Presumably body wash and shampoo in bathroom but neither dispenser was labeled so, good luck. And only one was filled. Location was "fine" but not wonderful. Not the hotels' issue, but just to note. I wouldn't have walked anywhere around there after dark. Also, was told there was laundry, but not told you need 3 days in order to utilize the service. Not cool. Was told there was a public laundry "across the street" to use. Turned out to be a 0.3 mile walk...not across the street. So we did not use. Clean-looking hotel, but eh. We stayed in the Lucky Luke room on 5th floor (I think 502). One surly staff member, the rest were lovely.

Great hotel in walking distance of the main attractions. The hotel decoration is incredible and the staff was nice and very helpful.
Even the restaurant of the hotel had a big variety of food, it was not what we expected.

Nothing really; children weren’t impressed by the food offering at dinner so ate elsewhere, but all else was extremely good.

For the price this was an excellent hotel. A group of 16 lads stayed in 3 rooms. There were upto 6 in a room but it did not seem short of space. Very spacious with enough storage. The rooms were very clean with sockets next to each bed. Facilities were good and the staff very friendly and helpful.
The bath had a big step to get in which is a little worrying when you get out the shower!! We were warned by the staff about some of the people that hang around the areas in front of the hotel. We had a few people coming up and asking for money or cigarettes.

The family room was perfect bunks really cool and the cartoons the kids loved..the little rooms for sitting in communal areas and the roof terrace was lovely and the arcades and the kids TV room showing cartoons was really good

We had a great stay at Yooma Urban Lodge Brussels. The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with exceptional staff who treated us kindly. The only downside was the surrounding neighborhood, which wasn’t very clean, but inside the hotel, everything was perfect.

Had everything we needed. Great size room & beds for a family of 4. The staff (Guelly in particular) were welcoming and so helpful.
The area. It was location we needed for the train & was easy to walk & get to the centre but it’s not the nicest location (but we didn’t have any problems there).

Very nice property, rooms were very spacious, beds very comfortable and the setting and additional rooms (arcade/rooftop) of the hotel was perfect for kids!

We booked the hotel because of comics theme, and availability of big family rooms.
Room was really nice, with bunk beds that stole hearts of our kids. Bathroom is spacious and clean.
We didn't have time to use the additional facilities like sauna, game room or cinema room. We also didn't use the breakfast served by the hotel. But we did enjoy our own breakfast on the rooftop terrace.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
Walls between the rooms seem to be thin ones - we can easily hear the guests in the adjacent room.
