Great bar next door.

I saw a few reviews that mentioned staff being unfriendly but we had the total opposite experience - the staff member who checked us in late at night was so friendly and helpful and again the staff member who checked us out in the morning was super nice. The whole vibe of the hotel is fun and great for kids. Being able to store our suitcases in the lockers was really helpful and very cheap! Our room was excellent with fun bunkbeds for the kids and a big comfortable bed for adults. The bathroom was clean and water pressure was great (why does no one else comment on this in reviews?!) We didn't get breakfast in the hotel but it smelt delicious when checking out in the morning.
The only thing letting down this hotel is the location - if they could move it somewhere safer then it would be better for families - but then would also probably be more expensive. If arriving late at night then get a taxi - DO NOT WALK FROM MIDI! During the day it is ok, we walked into the centre and also to the train station with no issues, but at night, no way.

Didn't try the breakfast. The room size is reasonable for 5 pax stay. Beds are comfort, the in room heater is working fine during winter, do provide coffee capsule, water to take from 3rd floor common area.

Very nice for travelling with children, it's one of the few hotels with bunk beds, and there are cartoons everywhere for the kids to explore.
The breakfast was adequate, but a bit overpriced.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Decor was fun and interesting.
Problems with tap couldn't be fixed during our stay. Dinner buffet needed some more options which were also kid friendly, not just pizza.

Guelly (probably wrong spelt) receptionist was not the best to deal with very poor customer service.
Car park is another thing you should consider if you driving, 30 euros per night, the area is dodgy and not safe to park outside.
