The hotel was perfect for what we needed, and very quirky with all the art and drawings etc. Certainly, a change from standard hotels.
It was all fine, not the nicest surrounding location but we had no problems.

Disappointing
Location and staff
I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The shower provided only hot water, with no cold water available to adjust the temperature, making it impossible to take a proper shower. This was particularly frustrating as I had an important meeting to attend and couldn’t even freshen up beforehand.

Wonderful
Very comfortable large room. Nicely updated old building with quirky art.
Location was good for proximity to train station, but the area doesn't feel all that safe. That said, the restaurant next door had fantastic food and great service so we didn't need to go far.

Exceptional
The room was very comfortable, clean, spacious and all facilities available. The staff during our stay were exceptional, they were really friendly and helpful. Other facilities such as gaming room, lounge area etc are accessible which are great for families staying over. The hotel is only 8 mins away from the train station which was convenient and about 20 to 25 mins away from Brussels Central. The area outside is peaceful and quiet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Yooma and will be coming back in the future.
Nothing.

Wonderful
It was very clean and well presented.
It would be good if the rooms levels were locked off via key card as a further layer of security.

Wonderful
The whole vibe and staff making you feel very welcome. The rooms are roomy and functional. The location is close to public transport and one day they may stop working on the roads in Brussels.
When we arrived our room was very hot! The cooling took a very long time to kick in.

Wonderful
All the staff at reception were very friendly and welcoming. We were told that we had been given the biggest room as we were a group of four, and the room was indeed very spacious, with a lovely balcony. The beds and bathroom were clean, and we slept comfortably after walking around all day. We only stayed for one night, but overall we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.
One thing I noticed was that there were no clear signs showing the way out from our room, and there was also no signage indicating where the lift was. Some clearer directions would be helpful, especially for first-time guest.

Wonderful
Great property close to the biggest train station and a metro station. We rented a big suit with the balcony for a group, and everything was arranged perfectly. Tidy and spacious.
Would have been helpful if the 6 person suit had a fridge. Breakfast in the adjust restaurant was not worth it. Would have benefited from a good quality continental buffet.
