Very Good
Large room. Love the bunks. Nice bathroom. Great for kids. Parking garage. Staff were very friendly. About 9-12 euro to uber to old town.
Small lockers to store luggage that you have to pay for.
AC that didn’t adequately cool the room. It wasn’t terrible but we were all too hot all night long despite it being turned all the way down on lowest temp and highest fan setting possible.

Exceptional
Booked this place because it had AC and Brussels had record heat. The AC worked great. The room was super cute with comics on several surfaces. The bathroom was very clean with a nice waterfall shower. We needed 3 beds so I booked the queen + 2 bunks, which was actually 6 beds and very comfy. The neighborhood was very convenient and good food nearby, although a bit dirty. There are helpful lockers and a free arcade downstairs that kids liked, and also a splash pad outside.
The tub was a little hard to get out of. It is very high and could use another grab bar. The wall on the side of the top bunk was a little low for my comfort but nobody fell out!

Very Good
Clean and spacious room.
Level 1 had stairs within the level while pushing luggage to room. I was expecting a flat floor from elevator all the way to room.
Also, location is not good. Located in a sketchy neighbourhood with sketchy looking people. Felt unsafe walking from hotel to city center.

Exceptional
Very near train station and a walkable distance from the city Centre.
The facilities are excellent for a family. They have nice rooms with really nice bunkbeads for families that children will fight for.
They have a playing room with games and even another cinema room that can be converted to a PlayStation room.
The staff were friendly, helpful and very curteous. They were welcoming and very engaging with the children.
They also have extra storage that is extremely affordable if you need to leave your bags.
They have a common room and so much more
I would stay there 100 times even without children

Wonderful
Family rooms are great - loads of space, fun comic theme. Fairly quiet for a busy city hotel. Staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The only negative: despite early warning, they really couldn’t cater for a severe gluten intolerance at breakfast. If you’re GF or coeliac better to book room only and head out for breakfast.

The neighborhood is ugly. There are a lot of junkies on the street. It’s scary, but safe.

I like that it was close walking distance to everything. Room was big enough and beds were comfortable.
I didn’t like how we found mold all on the wall behind the curtains near the bunkbeds!
Please clean the mold behind the curtains ..

The atmosphere and friendly staff made it a wonderful experience for my family. The rooms are genius for bigger families like mine. It was spacious, clean, and cozy. My children said it’s their favorite hotel ever. The location of the property was convenient for the places we wanted to go.
The breakfast is not good. While there’s a decent variety, it is low quality. I would spend money elsewhere for breakfast. I don’t like that children are a flat rate of €17 and adults are €22, when my children don’t eat that much to make it worth that amount.

Perfect set up for a family. It’s hard to find a place with 3+ children where everyone is comfortable.
The location is not the best. We chose not to be out at night in that area.

Wonderful
We stayed for one night with our two children, and both the facilities and the room were clean and very family-friendly. It was a great experience for us all. The children particularly enjoyed the breakfast, especially the delicious Belgian waffles and fresh orange juice. Overall, it was a great experience for our family.
