Friendly staff.
My room had a very unpleasant smell, so I had to keep the windows open for most of the day. At checkout, a staff member knocked on my door almost immediately to remind me. It felt quite rushed and uncomfortable. I’ve never experienced that before, and I stay in hotels multiple times a year.

The atmosphere and friendly staff made it a wonderful experience for my family. The rooms are genius for bigger families like mine. It was spacious, clean, and cozy. My children said it’s their favorite hotel ever. The location of the property was convenient for the places we wanted to go.
The breakfast is not good. While there’s a decent variety, it is low quality. I would spend money elsewhere for breakfast. I don’t like that children are a flat rate of €17 and adults are €22, when my children don’t eat that much to make it worth that amount.

Perfect set up for a family. It’s hard to find a place with 3+ children where everyone is comfortable.

We had a great stay at Yooma Urban Lodge in Brussels! The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family of five — the kids loved having their own bunk beds, and our bed was super comfortable. The hotel’s comic-themed décor is really fun, with each room designed around different comic scenes, which made the stay feel unique. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and both the breakfast and afternoon buffet had a good variety and tasted great. The hotel is very family-friendly, with a playroom, pool table area, and even a small cinema room, which our kids absolutely loved. The location is also very convenient — just a few minutes’ walk to Lemonnier metro stop and about a 10–15 minute walk to Brussels Midi train station. A fun, relaxed place to stay — especially for families!

I like the staff, and I like the lockers so you can put your luggage away if you want to spend time in city
The bed was horrible, very soft, so with two persons, you both end up in the middle. Pillows too soft.
