The hotel location is great, there is a tram station very close by, so easy to get to the city. The room was very spacious, comfortable and beautiful decor. Good breakfast selection, very nice, helpful and friendly staff.

We chose this hotel because of its location in Avenue Louise. We liked the experience overall and the beautiful interior design. Every corner is worthy of its own picture moment. The breakfast area was also impressive.
The towels need to be bigger and fluffier. Providing slippers during the cold season might be a plus. The rooms were decent size, but there wasn't much acoustic isolation from the rest of the floor. You can hear every door creaking or closing. Lastly, the breakfast lacked in options for fresh vegetables or protein. Just scrambled eggs and an almost empty tray of cheeses is not really enough. The coffee machine had stickers on it for items no longer available, but there were also choices that simply served hot water as opposed to the selection (chocolate, in my case). The coffee was very bland .

The staff was rude, the heating system wasn’t working, some elevator problems (we had to use the stairs from the 11th floor) and the not a lot of variates for the breakfast

Nice hotel, nice atmosphere, quiet, centrally located, by public transport stations, lots of cafes around, but it also has a generous provision of food and drinks itself. The rooms are generously sized and the decor is characterful.
The furniture is a bit old and worn, the bathroom could do with updated taps and appliances, and it's weird that the toilet is separated, with no sink or ability to wash hands immediately after using. It was a bit weird getting out of the toilet and having to go into the bathroom to wash hands.
The gym is poorly equipped and tiny.

The hotel offered superb comfort, genuinely friendly staff, and a convenient central location.
While the overall experience was excellent, one small improvement could be the daily provision of complimentary bottled water in the room. It would add a thoughtful touch to an already comfortable stay.

The breakfast was good, enough choice and fresh ingredients.
The rooms were old,dirty and outdated. The smell in the rooms was also very unpleasant. It was extremely hot in the room, even with the window open, air conditioning did not work at all. Then, the cleanliness... I'm sorry but the rooms were just plain dirty. The bathroom was the dirtiest of all. Mold on the taps, dirt on the floor, ... I tried to run a bath and the tap just fell out of the wall. This hotel needs a definite upgrade.

Wonderful
The room was very spacious and there were lots of closets to hang clothes and store luggage. The bed was a king which we requested and it was comfortable. We arrived early and the staff were able to accommodate us and find a room so we could unpack. The bathroom had both a shower and a tub.
The bar and restaurant were really good and the staff were nice and helpful.
The toilet was in a small separate closet with
no sink which was complicated.

They are making an effort to redo the hotel bedrooms and common areas
