The hotel offered superb comfort, genuinely friendly staff, and a convenient central location.
While the overall experience was excellent, one small improvement could be the daily provision of complimentary bottled water in the room. It would add a thoughtful touch to an already comfortable stay.

The breakfast was good, enough choice and fresh ingredients.
The rooms were old,dirty and outdated. The smell in the rooms was also very unpleasant. It was extremely hot in the room, even with the window open, air conditioning did not work at all. Then, the cleanliness... I'm sorry but the rooms were just plain dirty. The bathroom was the dirtiest of all. Mold on the taps, dirt on the floor, ... I tried to run a bath and the tap just fell out of the wall. This hotel needs a definite upgrade.

The hotel location is great, there is a tram station very close by, so easy to get to the city. The room was very spacious, comfortable and beautiful decor. Good breakfast selection, very nice, helpful and friendly staff.

Wonderful
The room was very spacious and there were lots of closets to hang clothes and store luggage. The bed was a king which we requested and it was comfortable. We arrived early and the staff were able to accommodate us and find a room so we could unpack. The bathroom had both a shower and a tub.
The bar and restaurant were really good and the staff were nice and helpful.
The toilet was in a small separate closet with
no sink which was complicated.

Location is just woow for shopping. Loved the terrace, and staff were soooooo welcoming. The place is so clean, worth more than 4 stars.
My wifi was a bit slow at the 7th flow. I hardly cld have 3 bars but compared to the rest of the service it was no big deal.

New room was clean and fresh.
Non-functional air conditioning. Was told would be fixed within 1 day, but never worked in a week. Unbearably hot; sleep badly impacted. Staff lied and said it was fixed when wasn't. Gave free drink coupons, but bar refused them, costing us 33 euros more.

Room is okay and pretty big. Nice bath.
Staff was slow and rude. We checked in at 15:45 when check in time was 15:00. Friend who arrived together got on the desk later but were helped sooner. Our room wasn’t ready and we were told to wait for 2 minutes. Had to wait for almost 45 minutes. That is not what you want when it’s sunny outside. Staff didn’t check on us, just told us to wait every time we asked. In every other hotel where i had to wait, i got offered a drink, a free breakfast, a “better” room that was already clean. Here i got asked to wait.
Aircon didn’t function properly. Luckily it wasn’t hot outside.
Gave this room a six because it’s decent but don’t go here when you are in a hurry .
