Great staff (and spoke English too!). Accommodations were impeccable and the balcony was top notch. Surprisingly quiet for being in a huge city like Brussels. Bar served a wonderful cappuccino too. Parking is extra but for the security, it is worth it. It’s also a minute walk from the nearest train stop, takes about 15 minutes to get to the center of town.

Had to call reception at 1am to ask for the music playing from a speaker in the ceiling outside my door to be turned off. Why on earth anyone thinks that they need to pipe lounge jazz to a Level 5 corridor 24 hours a day is beyond me. Leave it in the lobby. Housekeeping then banged on my door at 8 am and then when I answered, admitted that they had the wrong room. Inexplicable. Unacceptable. Overall, not a good sleep at all.

Rooms very dated, generally not in good condition. Staff not very engaging. Had to wait almost 10 minutes for the receptionist to show up when I arrived. No apology was given . Breakfast not very good

10 minutes from Central Brussels with a tram stop 2 minutes away. Quiet room, didn’t really notice tram noise, clean & good size rooms
Separate toilets in the room! It was a bit claustrophobic, a bit like sitting in a cupboard. Good shower but we had to run water for at least 5 minutes before it was hot

Amazing attentive service. The suite was spacious with great views over Brussels from a nice terrace.

Great hotel, we found a great deal on booking and it truly exceeded our expectations. The location was fantastic and the room was very comfortable, we'd recommend.
Breakfast was rather costly, so we decided to have it elsewhere.

The hotel is "traditional style" when it comes to interior design etc. I had a large comfortable room, also the bathroom was relatively large, however a bit of renovation is needed. The breakfast was good. Very friendly staff. Good choice near VUB/ULB.
In my view a bit of modernisation would not do harm, but this is a matter of taste.
