There was honestly nothing I liked about this hotel. The overall experience was very disappointing, and the hotel did not meet my expectations at all. I would not recommend staying here.
I didn’t like almost anything about this hotel. The overall experience was very poor, and the service, cleanliness, and facilities were far below expectations. The actual hotel and rooms did not match the photos shown on Booking.com, which was very disappointing. There is also no lift in the hotel, so we had to carry our heavy luggage up three floors using the stairs and the receptionist even asked us to pay again despite having already paid online, only confirming later that the payment had been received.Overall, it was a very uncomfortable and disappointing stay, and I would not choose this hotel again.

the room service food was good, and staff was very helpful and friendly. the room was also very clean and we were able to have our needs accommodated well.
i was charged for an extra bed for all nights of my stay even though we only agreed on and had the extra bed for one night. the charge was also put through without any details included, i was just notified by my bank that i was charged. the issue was resolved promptly after we checked out and had a chance to look at our invoice, and the staff was very professional and quick in handling the issue which was greatly appreciated! i think probably could just do with more transparency in charges here.

Had a lovely stay - friendly staff, clean room with very comfortable beds/sheets, and a good shower. Felt very upscale. Did not try the full breakfast but got two decent cappuccinos from the restaurant one morning.
We were on the second floor so there was some street noise during the day although it did not seriously affect sleep at night (very little traffic after 11). We booked this stay last minute so it was a little pricier than we would normally try to do, but I feel it was worth the price.

Great staff (and spoke English too!). Accommodations were impeccable and the balcony was top notch. Surprisingly quiet for being in a huge city like Brussels. Bar served a wonderful cappuccino too. Parking is extra but for the security, it is worth it. It’s also a minute walk from the nearest train stop, takes about 15 minutes to get to the center of town.

The hotel location is great, there is a tram station very close by, so easy to get to the city. The room was very spacious, comfortable and beautiful decor. Good breakfast selection, very nice, helpful and friendly staff.

We chose this hotel because of its location in Avenue Louise. We liked the experience overall and the beautiful interior design. Every corner is worthy of its own picture moment. The breakfast area was also impressive.
The towels need to be bigger and fluffier. Providing slippers during the cold season might be a plus. The rooms were decent size, but there wasn't much acoustic isolation from the rest of the floor. You can hear every door creaking or closing. Lastly, the breakfast lacked in options for fresh vegetables or protein. Just scrambled eggs and an almost empty tray of cheeses is not really enough. The coffee machine had stickers on it for items no longer available, but there were also choices that simply served hot water as opposed to the selection (chocolate, in my case). The coffee was very bland .

Nice hotel, nice atmosphere, quiet, centrally located, by public transport stations, lots of cafes around, but it also has a generous provision of food and drinks itself. The rooms are generously sized and the decor is characterful.
The furniture is a bit old and worn, the bathroom could do with updated taps and appliances, and it's weird that the toilet is separated, with no sink or ability to wash hands immediately after using. It was a bit weird getting out of the toilet and having to go into the bathroom to wash hands.
The gym is poorly equipped and tiny.
