One of the staff of receptionists was very responsive and nice
The hotel failed to provide a working cattle, a working fridge and water with reasonable pressure in the same room and the same time. We had to complain over and over again and to switch rooms in attempts to have all the above.

Both the TV and the fridge were unfortunately not working. The door to the room was very difficult to open and if you didn't slam it shut, it would also not lock the room.

Staff was good. We checked in one hour before check in time. They were flexible

Wonderful
The excellent services provided such as cleaning and a beautiful view with a spacious bathroom as well. I liked that there was a sense of security as well.
