Very helpful staff who wanted to share their knowledge of the city, great the reception was open 24 hours. The room was clean and accessible via a lift. Decor in the common areas of the hotel were good. Our room faced in the interior so was quiet even on a Saturday night. 15 min Walk to train station, 10 min walk to Grand Place
Room was small and very bare, no night stand, bedside lights didn't work and bathroom was very small. Smell of cleaning products was overpowering when we arrived, so left the window open for a few hours. Also when we arrived we didn't have a shower curtain, but after coming back in the afternoon one had been fitted.

The location was in walking distance of the main square. The staff were welcoming and the room was available at 11:00 a.m. I knew the single rooms were small as there were pictures in other reviews, but the bed was so narrow that I thought I would would roll off. The mattress was soft with a deep depression and it actually gave me a backache. The window did not look out into a courtyard but into an air shaft with some mechanical thing blowing and making noise so it was better to keep the window shut. The sink was directly in front of the toilet so you had to squeeze by to get into the space. I was able to peek into a couple of the double rooms that were being cleaned and they really looked quite nice so I don't want this review to reflect badly on all the rooms. But solos should really consider upgrading to a double bed in my opinion.

Fantastic central location, within easy walking distance of all main attractions. The staff were so helpful and provided us with a map and suggestions of places to go as well as recommended a good Belgian waffle shop. Even though we arrived early and our room wasn't ready, they suggested we leave our bags in their storage room, allowing us to wander around the city without having to carry our luggage. They were really kind and helpful. A great place to stay!

Location in centre of city . Not secure room . Key old model
Room booked automatically he will cancel. Without reason. He said lots of scams. Then why am booking. No facilities in room. Breakfast only name two Crossent bun 1 butter 8 Euro.

Overall the rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly. Location great.
Was quite warm in the room so would have liked cooling.
Having somewhere to sit and eat our food would have been nice but we weren't allowed to eat in the breakfast area.

Flexible checkin times, friendly staff
Very noisy, we were woken up by shouting people a couple of times, also because there is just one thin door between the beds and the corridor. Dated rooms, not too clean.
Combination of a super soft mattress and rock hard pillows.

The location is close to the metro station. The Grand Palace is 10-15 minutes on foot. The receptionist is polite and kind.
The noise coming from the people on the street. The toilet seat needs to be cleaned. Ours had pee stains under and had to wipe it.
A complimentary water bottle for the guests would be good.

Wonderful
The stuff was very helpful, polite and friendly. The room was really clean, and for one person it wasn’t big but it was cute and enough. Only the tv was placed in a weird place. I also really liked the location near the metro and you can also walk to the streets full of shops. The only thing is maybe for the price it could provide some more things in the room like a hairdryer etc
