You couldn't want for a better location. The hotel is so close to the Grand Place and to the Central Station it made navigating the city an absolute breeze. The staff were all so friendly and helpful they are a real asset to the hotel. Lovely to stay in a building with such history too. If we ever go back to Brussels we will 100% stay here again! Thanks for a great stay Hotel Agora!
No complaints at all from us. Some people who like to have breakfast provided at their accommodation might be a little disappointed that it's not available here, but the hotel is surrounded by loads of restaurants and cafes, there is such plentiful choice on the doorstep it's really not a detraction at all.. Be prepared for climbing some stairs, it's an old building and as such can't accommodate a lift but they're really not that bad, you don't need to be an athlete! The staff were incredibly kind taking our baggage up to our rooms for us too.

Please be aware that the hotel is located in a building from the late 1600s.
So narrow stairs, small bathroom and no AC.

Perfect location in the heart of Brussels, just a minute or two walk off the main square. This is a small modern hotel in a period building, but our room was a reasonable size. Not luxury, but clean and practical. The staircase to our room tested my nerves - it is very steep and spiral and not for the faint hearted! However, when we arrived the staff carried our suitcases up for us and would have carried them back down if we had asked them to. Staff were very helpful. There is no air-con in the rooms but there is a large tower fan which was reasonably effective - and we arrived in Brussels during a heatwave. The hotel is in a pedestrianised area so there was no traffic going by at night and the windows could be left open without too much noise.
Be sure to ask about the stairs before you book if you have any difficulty with steps. I think there are some rooms where the stairs are not quite so challenging.

So many stairs! No full length mirror or proper wardrobe and the bathroom was so small you had to squash yourself to be able to sit on the toilet!
