Location was perfect. Close to everything. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Clean room and comfortable bed.
It would be better if there a lounge area for guests. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely come back.

Location, right in the heart of UNESCO World Heritage area. You can literally walk to every sight you want with numerous food and drink options everywhere.
Little noisy at night, but this is a small price to pay for location.

Great location 5 minutes from the central station and the Grote Market, helpfull staff who are willing to go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The room is clean and beautiful and has a nice view of the street.
There is no way to get to the rooms other than taking stairs. So, if you have mobility issues it may be a problem.

Excellent location in the heart of Brussels. The reception staff were amazing at providing information about restaurants and attractions to visit.
Room was great for a family of four, although it had a tiny bathroom. Only kettle and toaster available. No refrigerator.
The family rooms are on level 2, with access only via stairs so you do not want heavy luggage. Although they will take your bags up for you.

All the staff are super nice. I forgot to ask the name of the receptionist on our first night. We ask her how to get to Foundation Folon and she took a lot of effort to try help us find a way to get there. Superb staff!!! I asked for lower level floor, and they did and replied us with our request.
The sink was easily clog up and ventilation seems not to work well in the toilet.

Location was great, very close to central station and Grand Place. The immediate area had many cafes and restaurants. Room was comfortable although it had some signs of wear and tear
Steep set of stairs to get to the room, but this was advertised and was not a personal issue for us
