Great location - easy access from/to Centraal train station, shops and restaurants right outside, easy walk around town to main sightseeing spots. Very helpful staff (helped carry our luggage to the top floor). We loved the original exposed roof beams in our room.
There was a kettle and tea/coffee provided, but no fridge in the room. Also no towel rail in the bathroom (just some hooks on the back of the door.

Central location, excellent staff that took us to our room which was lovely. Green hotel. Beautiful building.
Beds and pillows. Mattresses slid off beds and pillows were very lumpy.

It doesn't have an elevator and the stairs to the second floor were a very dangerous spiral. So someone from the staff needs to bring your luggage up and down. The room didn't have a small fridge.

Location - a couple of minutes walk from Grand Place, but surprisingly quiet.
Friendly, helpful staff.
Clean modern rooms in an interesting old building.
Access to the upper floors is a little tricky with luggage as the stairs are narrow and winding, but it is what you expect in an old building, and the staff are happy to help with the luggage.

Fantastic location right in the heart of Brussels. Despite the central location, there was no issue with noise. Rooms were clean, spacious and the staff was incredibly friendly.
