Poor
Some of the few likeable things about this hotel are the nice looking design, and the location which is very close to Grand place, very short walk.
Everything else was unlikeable, the extremely unfriendly and aggressive staff, how inconvenient the room was so I'll go through it in detail:
The room: Though it was clean, it was too awkward and too inconvenient, the room did not have an actual wardrobe but some kind of design failure designed only to make saving money look artistic, that was some giant metal shelves and a tube with hangers not even high enough to actually "hang" the clothes. And the shocking piece, if you're traveling with family or friends, know that there is no door between the shower and the main room, it's unbelievably easy to see who is showering without any thing to hide it (no door or curtain to hide, everything totally visible from the main sleeping area). At least the toilet has a door though!
The staff: In a place where people sleep, full of beds and all, I was told that mattresses did not exist by the incredibly welcoming staff.

The breakfast was extremely disappointing. It was not a buffet as we expected. We paid €15 per person for a pre-selected menu, which was far from what we anticipated. The meal consisted of just two very thin slices of bread with a small fried egg and a little bit of jam, plus a bland granola bowl and bitter coffee. If we wanted an additional egg, we even had to pay extra. Overall, it was the worst breakfast experience we have had in a hotel. The breakfast staff were also quite cold and unwelcoming.

The staff was helpfull and the rooms are secured fully .Unlimited coffe and tea was good.Area was safe
Window should be repaired,the toilet doesn’t have a room lock and the bathroom doesn’t have a door .We had two nights in cozy type of room which the room was dark.

Hotel very close to the center of the city. The reception was very helpful. The room was good, with confortable bed. Great view.
There is not a real door between the room and the bathroom, so if it's your honeymoon it's not the greatest (fortunately we passed this time in our relationship haha).

Pleasantly surprised about this hotel, everything was very nice! Room was not too small, bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and staff really nice. The free coffee at the reception is a nice touch. And the hair dryer in the room is better quality than the one I have at home. Location is also nice, walkable (cca 10 min) to the center and the main train station. Really good value for money, I recommend this hotel!
Breakfast was overpriced in my opinion, bread portion was small and a bit burned. For that price you can find something better in the neighborhood.

Good location in walking distance to historical centre. Around 10 minutes from Brussels Centrale.
Tiny, but comfy room, comfortable bed, good sound isolation. Kettle in the room and 24/7 access to coffee machine next to reception.
