Fantastic location with easy walking distance to the Centre of Brussels.
Heating system in the room seemed a little complicated. When tried to adjust heat down, it would reset to a higher temperature.

Brussels was beautiful.
Our room had a single window that looked at the fire escape and another window less than 10 feet away. This felt like little privacy and offered little natural light. It also made the room feel more claustrophobic. I wish I had requested a street view because that would have really improved the stay.

The location is perfect, close to the center and is in the quiet area that I feel safe as well. The hotel also well secured, I didn’t hear any noise from the outside when we rested inside our room.
Just the sink was slightly clogged and slightly dusty but not a huge deal at all.

Hotel is in a good location. We walked to and from the hotel with our luggage to Brussels Central train station in less than 15 minutes. And it was a less than 10 minutes walk to the Grand Palace square and all the shops/bars/restaurants, Mannekin Piss. It's a basic hotel, basic room, on the smaller side but that was OK as we were just there for one night. We had to leave early so did not partake in the breakfast. The coffee available in the lobby was good. It's a solid hotel for the price.
