It was clean, had free breakfast and the staff was wonderful. They gave us water bottles on departure, which was very nice.
The shower was tiny, and for the high price, my children had to sleep on a couch bed.

Close to the bus/metro station and also to Albert Borschette conference center. Great selection for breakfast. Recommend the freshly prepared waffels. The lady at the breakfast was very kind to help with the waffle machine.

The rooms were really clean and quite, which is important
I am really disappointed with one staff member of the hotel. I think it is the manager in this hotel. When I arrived to check in , everything was fine, until the moment that i was requested to provide a valid ID in order to conclude the checking. Then this person on the counter took my newly issued passport and pushed it really hard against the counter in order to open. I mean how hard is to open a passport simply and checking the name without damaging the passport. And what gives you the right to stretch and damage my passport like that. Take you passport and do what you like. Now i am stuck with a passport that is damaged and i a have to stick with it for the next 9 years. unacceptable. i know that i may look really weird, but this is something that really bothered me and felt angry. At the moment i did not say anything because the damage was already done and i was tired from my flight, but i still cannot believe that i have used this passport in like more than 12 flights during the last year and none of the airport staff handled my passport like this. i mean i expect from a airport staff to damage my passport because they are in a hurry for a flight, but to damage my passport in a simply check in in a hotel without any one other than me checking in at that time, is unspeakable.

Hotel is nice and cozy, very close to the metro station. Also within 10min walk you can reach Place Jourdan with many places to eat and drink. The room was nice, big enough and we had a balcony. The bed was really comfy. Breakfast was the same every day, but plenty of choises to choose from.
The breakfast juice was not good. The rooms are not sound-proof.
