We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Brussels. The room was spacious, with a large and comfortable bed, and everything was impeccably clean, including the bathroom, which was also big and well-maintained.
The location is extremely convenient: right next to Schuman roundabout and the European institutions, with a metro station just nearby the hotel, making it very easy to get around. Despite being so central, the street itself is relatively quiet.
Parking in the street is available for a fee, and there was always space to park. The hotel also has its own private parking, but you need to ask at reception for access.
Breakfast is European-style, with a good selection.
The hotel was also able to provide a foldable baby cot and a high chair for our baby at breakfast, which was very helpful.
The staff were very accommodating and even helped us warm up our baby's prepared meal, which we really appreciated.
Overall, a very comfortable and family-friendly stay in a prime location. We would definitely recommend it.
The only minor downside was that, during our stay, they were repainting all the windows—and unfortunately, the restaurant was closed because of the painting work. That said, we fully understand that this maintenance had to be done at some point.

The worst experience I have ever had.
I booked a room for guests with special needs in advance ( a few weeks before).
And on the day of arrival the hotel cancelled my reservation with no explanation or excuse. I was on the way to Brussels with my handicapped child at that moment.
It's inappropriate!

My opinion is very conditioned by the price I paid, which was particularly low (August, low season). The incentive to skip the cleaning of the rooms a bit poor too
