Only the room space was good , stayed 5 night in 2 connected rooms
This hotel does not meet 4-star standards for the following reasons:
1. The building is very old and needs renovation.
2. The AC is a split unit placed directly in front of the bed and it was extremely noisy, making it difficult to sleep. There was no central air conditioning.
3. The bed and mattress were uncomfortable and lacked support.
4. Guest service was poor - my request for an extra blanket was not provided .
5- The housekeeping service was unacceptable.
-One day they entered my room while I was sleeping even though I had a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door.
-The next day I requested cleaning by putting the sign out and by calling reception, but no one came to clean the room.
6- I left water bottles with the restaurant to be frozen and clearly marked with my room number. The following day, they said they couldn't locate them.

That eventually got money back after being charged double for the room.
Was charged double for the room. Be careful. Tried to tell the front desk that we had already been charged for the room on arrival but got charged again on checkout. Had to wait a very long time - over a week to get money back.

The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable and suitable for our family of four. Overall, the stay met our basic expectations in terms of comfort and cleanliness.
Check-in was fully self-service, but the system initially caused some confusion & we still needed to speak with a staff member to resolve the €75 parking charge and to confirm that our room was in fact ready which the system had indicated it wasn't. It all made the arrival process feel less smooth than expected.
In the evening, we visited the bar for a drink. While service was fine. We were asked to leave by 11 PM which we respected and took our drinks to another seating area. By 11:30/11:40 PM We noted that the other 2 groups were still seated at the bar even in the dark. I approached a staff member why other guests were still seated in that area and was told they had requested to remain seated yet that option was never offered to us, only that we had to leave.
The next morning, there was also an issue with the parking exit card, which did not work at first and required us to return to reception to resolve it before we could leave.
Overall, a clean and comfortable hotel, but a few operational inconsistencies affected the smoothness of the experience.

STAFF IS AMAZING! number 1 and most important. Nr 2 breakfast is VERY good, i did not expect it to be so wholesome. 3. Rooms are big, bed is comfy. 4. its a quiet hotel, but has vibrant restaurant/bar section.
Nothing not to like. ok its not a new hotel, could use some upgrades, but other than that, NOTHING is an issue. Maybe shuttle schedule could be more frequent, but everybody made their flight. I dont want to split hair here.

1- we were 2 people in the room, but the bottled water given was only 1. And we asked for extra, but they did not give us, but asked to purchase.We paid the room for 2pax.

A good hotel to stay at if you have a flight from Brussels Zaventem Airport. The airport is just 10 minutes away by car. The hotel offers free shuttle buses in the mornings and evenings.
The breakfast is quite good. The rooms are very clean and cozy with large bed and free minibar (wine, juice, water, sweet bar). The staff is nice and helpful, check-in and check-out process was very smooth.
The parking is paid, but the first hour is free of charge.
The train stop is a 15-minute walk away: the train takes about 20 minutes to reach Brussels central station.
