Disappointing
Comfortable beds and a COULD BE nice terrace if there was a service outside which is not the case so you must eat inside or go elsewhere - stupid hotel decision !
Although there is a nice terrace and the weather fine, you could not eat outside, staff barely understood and only english, its a pity that a nice hotel is so impersonal! Service is everything and there is none in Holiday Inn any more - so its more expensive but not more satisfying - also you should NOT have to pay for parking!

Very noisy rooms. From neighbors and outside. When a hotel has “soundproof” in the description you expect at least to not hear the TV from next door, much less the loud ventilation system from outside the roof

Spacious and comfortable room. Generally quiet, aside from some airplane noise, which is understandable given the location near the airport. The staff were friendly and proactive. Fantastic breakfast with fresh products. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth.

i have selected this hotel because the Cybersecurity event was hold there, so not for the hotel itself.
the bathroom room had some hairs on the floor and the general cleanness was very poor... very disappointed to have pay so much for so little.

Some staff members at the reception area were customer friendly . The first person I met at the reception area check in desk was anything but customer friendly. Other staff members at the reception were not even fairly welcoming to say the least. One particular black male kitchen staff member clearing the table after breakfast was very helpful with excellent customer approach. Very noisy sleep environment with planes noise.
Stated above on what I liked. Nothing in particular really. I will say the room and indoor environment very clean and tidy. Thumps up to one particular black male staff member during my breakfast time at the dining area.
