Staff upgraded me and it was super appreciated. The estimate of 10mins by shuttle to the airport is.. ambitious. It certainly takes longer than this but the service is appreciated.

Hello, I made the payment for the accommodation directly in cash on Wednesday, April 29th, which was approximately 15 days ago in the amount of 314.73€. I would like to unblock these funds back into my bank account sooner.

The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable and suitable for our family of four. Overall, the stay met our basic expectations in terms of comfort and cleanliness.
Check-in was fully self-service, but the system initially caused some confusion & we still needed to speak with a staff member to resolve the €75 parking charge and to confirm that our room was in fact ready which the system had indicated it wasn't. It all made the arrival process feel less smooth than expected. In the evening, we visited the bar for a drink. While service was fine. We were asked to leave by 11 PM which we respected and took our drinks to another seating area. By 11:30/11:40 PM We noted that the other 2 groups were still seated at the bar even in the dark. I approached a staff member why other guests were still seated in that area and was told they had requested to remain seated yet that option was never offered to us, only that we had to leave. The next morning, there was also an issue with the parking exit card, which did not work at first and required us to return to reception to resolve it before we could leave. Overall, a clean and comfortable hotel, but a few operational inconsistencies affected the smoothness of the experience.
