Good value for money. Parking (though paying) was a plus. Very attentive and welcoming reception staff (thank you Jay!) as well as in the restaurant. The angus beef burger was fantastic as were the french fries. Very clean and comfortable room with good amenities. Great experience!

Everything! Exceptional stay. First, the staff from each department was beyond amazing with their service and care. The front desk personal were so kind with my parents and caring. The restaurant staff service and attention were extrordinary. Second, the hotel facilities are spectacular and modern, our room was very big, and the beds very comfortable. Finally, for transportation to the Brussels airport you have the option by taxi or shuttle bus and the distance is less than 10 min. In addition, tbis hotel is within 6 min walking distance to Diagem train station so you can connect with Brussels North, central or midi in less than 10 minutes. Definitely is a property to come back!

Very clean and nicely furnished room. Solid breakfast. Didnt have time for the gym but looked decent from outside. A plus: small convenience store in lobby with sufficient selection of beverages, snacks, toiletries. Shuttle to airport was on time and comfortable.
You can hear the planes, it is an airport hotel after all. You could also hear voices, noise from adjacent rooms though. Self checkin did not work, although friendly help by staff was there immediately.
