Clean rooms, very nice reception, easy to find, safe neighbourhood, safe hotel
Warning: Unfortunately, the comments in earlier reviews about the beds are true — they are exceptionally hard, easly the hardest I have ever experienced. As someone with a military background and plenty of experience sleeping outdoors on basic sleeping mats, I can honestly say that those conditions felt more comfortable than these rock hard beds.
If you have had surgery, suffer from back problems, or have any kind of sleep-related issues, I would strongly advise against booking this hotel. In my view, the sleeping comfort was far below what one would normally expect from a Hilton-standard property.
Another issue was the checkout experience. Housekeeping entered our room at 11:00 a.m., even though the booking clearly stated that checkout was at 12:00 noon. Because there was no common language between the housekeeper and my wife, the situation became unnecessarily tense and confusing. I don't understand why your cleaning maid would wanna fight a paying lady in a 4-star hotel?
If you have already booked and cannot change hotels, the only practical advice I can give is that sleeping on the floor with the duvet and bedding is actually more comfortable than sleeping on the bed itself. I have never asked for a refund in my life, but this stay came very close to being the first, as this property does not meet four-star standards by any stretch of the imagination. There are several two- and three-star options near the station that offer a better overall experience than this hotel.

the location was good and the bed was confortable
expect to have a room heated at 27 degrees and not being able to change the temperature ( great if you want to wake up often to be forced to deink ) . also part of the kitchen ( the dishwasher cover ) was falling off . And for some reason , don't even expect to be able to make a cup of coffee after a long day of travelling unless you bring with you you're own coffee capsules with you.

The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good. The location is relatively good, close to the metro station. Still, I did not like the neighborhood. I felt very unsafe.
I would have appreciated a cleaner carpet and no lime on the shower tub.

There was no got water on one of the nights and the shower curtain was extra long for the bathroom, so we didn't know how to use it.

The room was big about 36 m2. There was coffee and tea in the room. Also this room had a kitchen, a fridge, and cookware, a big shower. The bed was very comfortable.the breakfast is great, a lot of food and coffee. This is a very good hotel.

Thomas at the front desk was very helpful to us. We booked last minute and were able to get assigned a quiet room on the 2nd floor. It was a perfectly clean and comfortable room for a great price. We went out walking in the neighborhood to visit restaurants and bars, a few blocks away. The hotel was clean and quiet. Proximity to the train station was convenient.
Some visitors might be put off by the neighborhood; compared to the Grand Place area, you may notice a bit more trash/graffiti/beggars, but to a nominal degree (didn't bother us, as we are "city people"). I disliked that we had to leave our card inserted in a cardholder near the door in order to keep the power on. We understand the need to conserve power but it was too easy to leave a card behind and complicated the coming and going process.
