The staff was extra helpful. The facilities were super clean and the breakfast was great.
There was no got water on one of the nights and the shower curtain was extra long for the bathroom, so we didn't know how to use it.

The room was big about 36 m2. There was coffee and tea in the room. Also this room had a kitchen, a fridge, and cookware, a big shower. The bed was very comfortable.the breakfast is great, a lot of food and coffee. This is a very good hotel.

Thomas at the front desk was very helpful to us. We booked last minute and were able to get assigned a quiet room on the 2nd floor. It was a perfectly clean and comfortable room for a great price. We went out walking in the neighborhood to visit restaurants and bars, a few blocks away. The hotel was clean and quiet. Proximity to the train station was convenient.
Some visitors might be put off by the neighborhood; compared to the Grand Place area, you may notice a bit more trash/graffiti/beggars, but to a nominal degree (didn't bother us, as we are "city people"). I disliked that we had to leave our card inserted in a cardholder near the door in order to keep the power on. We understand the need to conserve power but it was too easy to leave a card behind and complicated the coming and going process.

I like the friendly staff, they were welcoming and easy to communicate with.
Our bedroom door couldn't lock, the water pressure in the shower was too low and the towels had a black stain on them.

Unfortunately we had a room with a bathroom problem and it was a day short of staff so restaurant was closed.

My stay at the hotel was 5! ? I made the right decision staying there. The person who accommodated me was so kind. I celebrated Christmas there alone yet she made me feel comfy. She’s the asian girl at the reception, I totally forgot her name. I was looking for her before checking out but no luck in finding her. Anyways, will definitely go back here. Good people, good location and a very nice room. Thank you, Team Hilton!

Het was proper in the accommodation. Staff was very friendly. The room was very big. You can charge your electric car in the garage. The staff speaks a lot of languages. The bus en the metro are nog very far from the hotel, but you can go by foot the the city centre, it’s just 1,5 km walking to the Grand Place. Absolutely recommend to stay.

The location is near the metro
They didn’t clean our room on our 2nd day, eventhough we didnt hang the do not disturb sign. We just ask them to pick up the garbage and change the towels. On the 3rd day, someone knock at our door and as we were about to open it , the staff already went inside. She said the room is for cleaning, but they already cleaned it. I think they should have a protocol to at least wait for a minute to ensure that no one is in the room before entering. Also, they need to have a proper monitoring if the room was clean already or not yet so this thing should not happen
