The room is very spacious (King Residence) and very clean. The couch is comfortable and large enough for 2 person. They have hair conditioner equipped in hilton group as usual I guess? so I do not have to carry it with me.
It is not a big deal, but this room had a kitchen but there was no dish washing detergent equipped, but a sponge. I had to use hand soap from the bathroom to clean the dishes. There was 1 dish washer tab but it is only 1 and not refilled. The fridge door did not close properly and Nespresso machine had an issue so we informed, next day it was fixed. Very nice! Also there was no hand soap and no waste bin in a toilet, that was weird but we had our own soap so no issue with that. It seems lots of complains but they are all small issues... Don't get it wrong, we loved the hotel and the room!

The room was quiet; the bed was comfortable. I liked the kitchen area and living space. The shower was nice and equipped with all necessary amenities. The location of the hotel was great for walking to many areas I wanted to explore.
There was some construction/remodeling going on, but it wasn't a big deal. We had an issue with the temperature of the room; however, hotel staff was able to help.

The rooms were very comfortable, clean and newly constructed, the towels were changed every day, the beds were comfortable and changed every day.
We stayed in the hotel for 3 days with our 3 children, and we are satisfied.
Breakfasts are also nice, you have great selection

The location is great, close to public transportation and several restaurants. However, the apartment itself is the highlight: it is spacious, fully equipped with everything a family needs, and the parking is excellent.
