Breakfast was good and staff was friendly
Cleanliness fell short of Hilton standards, the room lighting was poor, and coffee capsules were not refilled. Despite requesting a higher floor in advance, I was given a ground-floor room, which was not ideal. The location is also far from the city centre, requiring public transport to reach the main attractions.

One or 1st night at 11:30, our key crad locked us out of our room. The night staff were also locked out.. all our clothes, phones and personal things were locked in. The main thing is our youngest son’s medication was with us in our room too. They gave us another room and a tooth brush each, but by this time we was furious. They managed to get the door open at 10am the next day!!

The king room was very large and spacious.
The wifi was strong, the heater worked well in the winter, and the water pressure was great in the shower.
The breakfast was very good and the food was fresh and well stocked.
Reception was very friendly and were able to get us into our room when we arrived a little early.

Wonderful
Location worked well for us, although it’s about a 25 minute walk to the main square, it is only ten minutes from some smaller attractions and it was 15 minutes to the train station for our day trips and airport transfer. It’s was easy to check in, the staff was helpful and it was a great size.
It was a little less clean than I would have liked with some stains on towels, floor and the walls but other than that it didn’t seem too bad
