The hotel rooms very good and the location was fantastic. Rooms were clean; however staff at the reception was not the most friendly or warm.

The room had cobwebs, the Air conditioner was not cooling properly. I kept ringing the reception which the receptionist came severally to sort it out but still wasn’t cooling well

Very comfortable and spacious room. Staff were great, really friendly and helpful.
As two female travellers, felt a little uneasy at times walking close to hotel due to number of homeless people in the park close by. All other areas were great and close to lots of lovely places to eat and drink.

Advantages:
- Spacious layout with ample kitchen space
- Prime location very close to the subway
- Separate dry/wet areas (bathroom distinct from shower space)
- Parcel receiving service available
- Very comfortable bed
Disadvantages:
- The door lock doesn't work properly
- Cups were unclean with thick/sticky stains
- Damaged bathroom amenities were neither repaired nor replenished
- The carpet is extremely dirty, appearing not cleaned in ages
- Shower screen is too small, causing water splashes everywhere
- Toilet seat is filthy, seemingly unchanged for ages

Wonderful
Staff were really helpful. We were close to trains and transport to explore the city. There are lots of places to eat nearby. The room was spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. Kitchen facilities meant we could make meals in our room.
The room was very hot at night, and the air conditioning did little to help. Instructions for appliances would have been helpful.

We love how peaceful and quiet it was during our stay. We love the family room setup. The kitchen and living room made it much cozier. This allowed us to not only eat at the restaurants but enjoy each other with a nice home cooked meal.

The room was quite comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, but the carpet wasn't so clean. There was dirt on it.
But overall, the hotel met our expectations.
Breakfast was plentiful, with plenty of variety and very tasty.
The location wasn't that close to the center. But since my husband and I like to walk, it wasn't a problem for us.
Regarding breakfast, I was disappointed with the guests, who used too many plates and mugs, leaving other guests without any. I doubt they do that in their own homes. There was also a lot of food waste. The hotel could consider a polite approach to raise awareness among guests.
