In the heart of the historic city center of Brussels, right in front of Brussels Central Station, Hilton Brussels Grand Place is ideally located between the Grand Place and the Square Meeting & Convention Center. Location was good. Room was as described and very clean.
There was no bottled water in the room. Their executive lounge was pathetic. Choice of drinks was minimal. You had to buy tonic from the bar if you wanted gin and tonic. Food snacks was dreadful. Waste of money to upgrade to the exec lounge. Breakfast was almost non existent - much better to go to the buffet breakfast. Staff did not take my laundry bag which was left on the bed in the morning.

The most bad experience i have ever had in a hotel : -room air conditioner is not working , and we ask the staff they are impolite. -The hotel fire alarm sounded at 4 a.m.,turnout was a mistake and all guests were shocked and angry. Cant imagine 4star hotel would be like this You guys need to think clearly if booking this hotel.
