Very close to the train station and the city center. The staff was very nice to us!
In the facilities a bathtub was mentioned, but we didn't have one...I was a bit disappointed because it was one of the main reasons i chose this hotel

Breakfast 24/7 desk, friendly staff
I don’t know if this is normal, I was a single guest, I asked them to call me a taxi in the morning and they called a big car, like for a group. And I believe that costs more. Also my headphones vanished from my hotel room, probably accidentally trashed, but it was very frustrating loosing them the day before my flight. Other than that everything was fine.

beautiful lobby, hallway was pretty and had bird sounds piped in.
Asked for creamers for morning coffee for our second morning and was told at front desk it would be sent to our room by housekeeping. It never came, Wasnt able to figure out the phone to call housekeeping or front desk.

Close to the train station, to restaurants, stores. Great breakfast. Location, location, location. Very nice staff and the bath towels were bigger than other hotels.

The breakfast was wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. My favorite breakfast was eggs and mini pancakes. the comfort was amazing, and the price was reasonable.
Personally, I thought nothing was bad about it.

This hotel is really polished and was a really good value for the price. It's really close to lots of public transportation hubs so it's easy to move around the city. I really liked that they had water refill stations all over the hotel, and was impressed that they offered sparkling water from them as well. The sauna was a really nice thing to come back to after a day out exploring and the gym was really well equipped. The room layout was really well thought out and the bed was super comfy!
Everything was great for me, no complaints.

Gorgeous, quiet and eco friendly hotel. I absolutely love the vibe here and the receptionists went above and beyond. I ended up getting sick and they did everything in their power to make sure I was ok.

Here's a detailed review:
*1/5 Stars - Avoid Due to Billing Issues*
I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at [Hotel Name]. The experience was marred by a billing nightmare that left a sour taste.
Here's what happened: they took the full stay amount from my card TWICE - once at the beginning of my stay without informing me (supposedly to "put a hold") and again at the end of my stay. I only noticed the double charge when I checked my statement. When I brought it to the reception's attention, they apologized profusely, admitting it was a mistake and that they should have informed me about the hold.
The refund process has been a disaster. They claimed it would take 3 days, but it's been over a week, and I'm still waiting. No updates, no follow-up - just silence.
To top it off, the staff seemed more apologetic about getting caught than genuinely sorry for the inconvenience. As a paying customer, I expect better.
*Update:* If you're considering staying here, be aware of their billing practices and don't expect a smooth experience if something goes wrong.
*Advice:* Be cautious with your card details, and double-check your statements after your stay. Maybe look elsewhere for a more transparent and customer-friendly experience.
