On the booking platform it indicated that there was parking at the hotel site, but this was not clearly communicated as the parking was actually a separate parking garage not at all affiliated with the hotel. Directions to the parking were unclear and it was implied from the listing that parking was included in the rate

beautiful lobby, hallway was pretty and had bird sounds piped in.
Asked for creamers for morning coffee for our second morning and was told at front desk it would be sent to our room by housekeeping. It never came, Wasnt able to figure out the phone to call housekeeping or front desk.

Very convenient location at Rogier and near Brussels Noord station. Liked the ambience of the restaurant and bar - good food and beer choice.
The room was a little on the small side for a twin and no view but perfectly OK.
