Quite okay place, not extra nice, you will have an okay stay at a good location reachable by metro and near other facilities
The coffee machine in the room was not working properly and I was given a room that was not fully prepared, they knocked to get the curtains and bring them back, which is okay cause I checked in a bit early. Small things but otherwise a pretty okay choice for a weekend

Actually, and to be honest, I didn’t like the property at all. It’s very dusty, not clean no clean services no clean towels when we request very bad.

Rooms with a lot of space, very clean, the buffet was good
No microwave, no drinks dispenser machine and they did a bit too much with the decoration, it was overwhelming.

NEAR TRAIN STATION Brussels Noord (like 5mins walking distance) SUBWAY STATION (1 minute walking distance - Roger Station)
The breakfast buffet is outstanding and healthy.
The Roger station is a little rough outside but walkable, the area is safe.
Rooms are a little dark.
One night (I stayed 5) the room service didn’t arrive so we had no clean towels. The hotel gave us coffee as complimentary - we don’t think that was the best answer to that fault.

The hotel is close to the metro station, stores, supermarket and the centre of Brussels and even to a public car parking. The room was spacious, quiet, comfortable and clean.
The room description mentioned a shower + bath, but we only had a shower in the room, so the description can be misleading.

The deccor of the hotel and the location. The breakfast was lovely.

1. Personally, I did not like the area where the hotel is located. Although it is close to some tourist attractions, I felt uncomfortable with the area and did not feel a sense of acceptance toward it. This is, of course, a personal preference.
2. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist asked me to pay the booking amount, and I did so. However, when I went to check out, another receptionist asked me to pay the amount again, explaining that the payment I had made upon arrival was only a temporary hold on the amount. They then removed the hold, refunded the money, and I paid again. This procedure was strange and did not make much sense.

The property is directly next to Rogier Station. It’s two stations from Grand Place. It was a 15 minute walk and with the nice summer weather we did that daily. It’s one stop from Brussels North or a five minute walk. The property is clean and comfortable. The AC worked well.

A lovely, intimate hotel with a warm and welcoming, family-like atmosphere. The staff were wonderful, the rooms were comfortable and very clean, and the location was excellent. The breakfast was also rich, fresh, and delicious. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

The stuff was very nice, welcoming and helpful.
I came to Brussels for a BTS concert and stayed at this hotel for six nights, from June 30 to July 6.
On the first morning, I was woken up at 8:00 AM by construction and drilling noises coming from just behind the wall. I don’t understand how it makes sense to let guests stay in rooms while construction is taking place from 8:00 AM. Since I had two concert days ahead of me, I didn’t have the time or energy to deal with the issue or ask to be moved to another room.
On July 3, I finally had the chance to ask to be moved, and I was happy because I thought I would finally be able to get some proper sleep.
The next morning, I was shocked when I opened the curtains and discovered that my new room overlooked the emergency exit. The view made me feel like I was in a prison.
I really didn’t want to pack all my belongings again and ask to be moved for a second time. I just wanted to get through the rest of my stay and leave.
In my opinion, expecting a hotel room without constant drilling or construction noise is a very basic expectation. The same goes for having a room with a view of something other than an emergency exit. Apparently, the hotel doesn’t share that opinion.
This completely affected my vacation and ruined my overall experience in Brussels. I will definitely not be coming back to this hotel, and I would not recommend anyone stay here.

The location is great.. walking distance to everything .. the staff are really nice and helpfull
We only had issue with the matress it kept slipping .. not sure why but whenever we sit in tge edge of the bed the matress kind of start slipping down.. the view from our romm was not great but that s ok... other than this all was great

Clean, well sized rooms. Comfortable beds well catered healthy breakfasts.
Insufficient air conditioning but I am aware that was an issue all over Europe this summer.
