The location is superb
Cold showers with no power.
Breakfast is not worth it. They charge extra for normal breakfast that you expect in a 4 star hotel. Pancakes , eggs and salmon cost 10 euro each.

Very stylish hotel, lovely decor and fittings
Main hotel restaurant was closed for duration of st (it closed for the summer) we were not notified of this prior to arrival. On Saturday evening we returned to the hotel from a days sightseeing thinking we would eat and have a drink at the hotel. No hot food was available and there was a choice of only two red wines. All very odd for the Indigo chain and very disappointing. We will think twice before returning to an Indigo hotel.

Great location. One of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had. Friendly staff. Good sized and comfortable room and bed. Appreciated the later than usual check out time of 11am.
Whilst the bedding and towels were all clean the bedside tables were dusty and we found used tissue paper around the toilet. Looked like the most recent cleaners had done a poor job not a long term issue

Comfortable and luxury stay. Delicious breakfast. Staff were accommodating and helpful. Staff were always happy to help and solved any problems in no time. Conveniently located with a station right outside the hotel, shopping centre across the road and a lovely park around the corner.

The location is excellent! The whole "green" theme of the hotel is nice.
So. Much. Noise. It's ridiculous. It's like the walls and door are made of cardboard. The elevators are incredibly slow, prepare to wat for 10 minutes. Room was really small, didn't really have space to have a seat.

Stunning decor. Lovely lounge areas near the bar. Really nice smell throughout the hotel. Rooms were clean. Bathroom great and lovely shower. Staff were nice. I loved the water filling option. While I didnt get to use it, the gym and sauna are a real bonus.
The self check in kiosk didnt work. Pointless having it if it won't work. Thankfully desk staff were helpful. While the AC worked, I would have preferred it to be colder. I couldn't figure out how to turn on the fridge in the room. When I reached out to the hotel prior to my arrival to see what was the best way to get to the hotel, I was told a taxi, despite the hotel being really close to a train station. I ended up paying 55e in a taxi. Insane. Please advice customers of this in the future that taxis are very expensive. I heard a man say he paid much more. If the train is cheaper, recommend that too. At least if people know the taxi is crazy expensive they have another option and can make an informed decision. I would not have travelled by taxi if I was aware there was an easy and far far cheaper option of a train.

Location was great. We had free parking outside as it was a Sunday. Room was beautiful and we were upgraded which was such a wonderful treat. The hotel was stunning and the staff were brilliant.

Very nice hotel. Nicely decorated. Super friendly and helpful staff! Nice location, walking distance to train stations and city center attractions. The room I got was spacious and nice (picked one of the bigger ones). Comfy bed!!!
Minor thing: you can hear everything that happens in the hallway from inside the room. Like people talking when they pass thru. Minor thing but perhaps could be fixed with noise canceling doors in the rooms
