Disappointing
The location was excellent, just next to the ERC (working place). The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room was small, but ok. The bathroom was so tiny that it was difficult to use the toilet.
Before booking, I wrote an email asking for special rates for ERC panel members and never received a reply.

I simply love this hotel and this was the 8th time I am choosing it to stay for work in Brussels. Excellent location, love the aesthaetics of the hotel, you can save the planet from plastic bottles as you can refill your own bottle. Delicious and rich breakfast. VERY comfortable bed and pleasant smelling bath products, free coffee machine in the room with Nespresso capsules (and tea bags of course).
Towards my last day of my stay the sink seemed to empty at a much slower pace so perhaps the plumbing needed some checking.

The hotel is well located---it's either a walk or a quick metro to the station right outside the hotel. We walked most days. The hotel is spotless, the staff very courteous. The rooms were spotless too, well maintained, and quiet. The cleaning staff always did an excellent job at making up the room too. They also allow you to leave your bag with them if you're checking out but have a later train. We didn't try the restaurant, but it looked really nice.
