The stuff was very nice, welcoming and helpful.
I came to Brussels for a BTS concert and stayed at this hotel for six nights, from June 30 to July 6.
On the first morning, I was woken up at 8:00 AM by construction and drilling noises coming from just behind the wall. I don’t understand how it makes sense to let guests stay in rooms while construction is taking place from 8:00 AM. Since I had two concert days ahead of me, I didn’t have the time or energy to deal with the issue or ask to be moved to another room.
On July 3, I finally had the chance to ask to be moved, and I was happy because I thought I would finally be able to get some proper sleep.
The next morning, I was shocked when I opened the curtains and discovered that my new room overlooked the emergency exit. The view made me feel like I was in a prison.
I really didn’t want to pack all my belongings again and ask to be moved for a second time. I just wanted to get through the rest of my stay and leave.
In my opinion, expecting a hotel room without constant drilling or construction noise is a very basic expectation. The same goes for having a room with a view of something other than an emergency exit. Apparently, the hotel doesn’t share that opinion.
This completely affected my vacation and ruined my overall experience in Brussels. I will definitely not be coming back to this hotel, and I would not recommend anyone stay here.

Wonderful
The location is great.. walking distance to everything .. the staff are really nice and helpfull
We only had issue with the matress it kept slipping .. not sure why but whenever we sit in tge edge of the bed the matress kind of start slipping down.. the view from our romm was not great but that s ok... other than this all was great

The room was clean, and the hotel is really easy to get to from the metro station.
The area the hotel is in is slightly less nice than the center, but it's still only a 20min walk away from the main attractions.

The location is perfect for work
The desk personnel is helpful and patient
The bathroom is extremely small
The room is very noisy, this is mostly due to the noise of toilet flushing from other rooms and to the noise of the air conditioning system
The house keeping service is severely lacking.
The breakfast choices are very limited with zero variation during the week. Cooked breakfast food is very, very greasy.

I simply love this hotel and this was the 8th time I am choosing it to stay for work in Brussels. Excellent location, love the aesthaetics of the hotel, you can save the planet from plastic bottles as you can refill your own bottle. Delicious and rich breakfast. VERY comfortable bed and pleasant smelling bath products, free coffee machine in the room with Nespresso capsules (and tea bags of course).
Towards my last day of my stay the sink seemed to empty at a much slower pace so perhaps the plumbing needed some checking.

The hotel is well located---it's either a walk or a quick metro to the station right outside the hotel. We walked most days. The hotel is spotless, the staff very courteous. The rooms were spotless too, well maintained, and quiet. The cleaning staff always did an excellent job at making up the room too. They also allow you to leave your bag with them if you're checking out but have a later train. We didn't try the restaurant, but it looked really nice.

Wonderful
We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Indigo Brussels. The online check-in and check-out process was super easy, the rooms were very clean, the breakfast was great, and the staff was kind and welcoming. We especially loved the water fountain with sparkling, cold, and hot water, such a nice touch.
One detail to keep in mind is that the parking is not directly at the hotel but in a nearby parking lot, which was not the easiest to access. The location is convenient and central, around a 15–20 minute walk to the city center.
Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend it for a comfortable city stay.
The area across from the station was a bit noisy and messy at times, so it may not have been our favorite part of Brussels

I liked that they put reusable bottles and there is recycled/filtered water in each floor for refills. The room decoration was very nice altho it was small but i loved the walls and the vibe in general of the hotel. The location is very convenient and walking distance from restaurants, shops and it is just next to the botanic garden. I was able to workout in the morning and use the sauna, i loved the availability of those facilities.
I had the heater on at night and I didn't know how to turn it off, after contacting the reception they guided me on the button but still i didnt manage to turn it off so i had to live with it.
