The driver patiently waited for me as I couldn’t find where the car was parked. The location is very accessible to the bus station. I liked the cleanliness and comfort of my room

Overall clean and good hotel.
The parking facilities are quite poor. It is difficult to maneuver a vehicle into and within the spaces, which is in the basement do not go in with a Mid size SUV.
Also, the breakfast is with very limited items.

Small but modern bathroom. Fridge and climatisation in the room. Good breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff!
The carpet in the room is way too old and should be replaced. The bed was too soft and relatively uncomfortable.

First off finding the parking was a little questionable but the staff were fantastic at helping with this and it all made sense very quickly. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. The room was spotless, comfortable, the shower pressure was the best we've ever had in a hotel and the AC didn't even look dusty, the room was super cold which I was delighted with, easy to adjust too!
The location wasn't the best, there were a few local bars and shops which were actually really nice but nothing else really within walking distance.

Hotel is situated in Paduwa neighborhood, a quiet and safe area. It is around 30 min to city center by bus or 50 min by foot Also you can take an UBER for an average of 16-18 euros to and from the city center.
Great staff, professional and helpful in all aspects. Good room. large enough for 2 persons.
Didn't booked breakfast, preferred to eat in city.
Great place to stay if you want to stroll around the city for more days or just a quick visit
Close to bus station, and found a good range of cafés and restaurants in the area.
Nothing other then my own biased preferences - (pillows were too soft, i need a rock like pillow to enjoy sleeping )
