1)The free airport shuttle is definitely a big plus point for first time visiters . Plus the driver was nice enough to wait for us for nearly 1 hr . 2) The accomadation itself is very easily accessible by local transportation with severals lines to Grand place and other places of interest . 3) Newly renovated with a cozy decor ,the room was spacious enough for two people with all the necessary amenities including a team iron! 3) The staff have been amazying from day 1 .A very special thanks to the lady staff at the reception counter who was very helpful and went out of her way to help us with our ussues .Sge truely deserves a raise 4) The staff at the restaurant was equally nice and inderstanding .
Nothing to do with the hotel itself but to move around it is highly recomended to have an eSIM or to buy a local SIM for internet access outside the hotel. Taking busses can be a hectic adventure , it was much easier after buying a bus card with 10 bus passes at one go .Dont even try to travel in the bus without paying !

It was good rooms, not big, but it was enough.
When you turn on the air conditioner, there is a smell of dampness and mold - you need to open the window without it, otherwise you do not have enough air and it gets hot - the ventilation does not work. When you open the window, there is a noise coming from the street.

I really liked the clean modern air-conditioned room. The price was very good. It was also very accessible by public transport. The staff were friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfy beds, modern rooms. Very friendly staff
We initially booked this hotel thinking it was pretty close to the city but its far. There are buses that pass by but the area is super sketchy. Hotels in the city center are the same price and saves time/money to get there. It was okay but wouldnt return.

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms were spacious and perfect for a family stay, and the location was excellent with easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming for families.
Everything was great and met our expectations. No major issues during our stay.

The hotel Is nice , clean and we'll kept. Rate to value as good as it gets in Brussels
Locationwise you get what you pay for. Doesn't feel like the safest corner of Brussels and getting to the center is a pain

Location close to the airport. Shuttle service to the hotel was in although for the airport was a charge
There was renovation work during the whole stay. Too much noise from 7 in the morning until 6 in the evening non stopped although supposed to be from 0800 until 1600. Drills and hammers. The heat was insufficient and the cold was coming in from the windows. Supposed to be a 4star hotel but it's not even reward for 3. Isolate between rooms was zero for noise.

We needed to stay over night in Brussel due to flight cancelation. We liked the position, somehow half way between center and airport.
Hotel takes advantage of this strikes so we paid 360 euro per night for a very average room. Room looks more like a 3 star not 4. Shuttle should have take us to the aiport at 8.15 (they insisted we have to be dowsntsairs at the hotel entrace by then because later traffic gets worst) and at 8.30 they were still calling the driver to ask where he is. Shuttle cost 8 euros per person which was paid the evening before. They didnt know we understand French language so it was obvious that driver told the reception man that he just woke up. Imagine, we were already waisting 30 min, a time which in most of cases is the difference between getting the plane or loosing the flight. They called a taxi for us which they paid. So at least they fix it.
