The apartment was on the fifth floor and had a beautiful view. The apartment is tastefully furnished and has everything you need for a short or long stay. Communication with David was excellent. He arranged for a driver to meet us at the airport and allowed us to enter the apartment earlier than planned, as we had an earlier flight. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, cozy, warm and very comfortable. The location is perfect – right in Brussels, close to public transport and only about 5 minutes by tram from the train station. Everything we needed was nearby. The owner was very kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. We’d happily stay here again!

I had a great stay at this clean and cozy studio. The location is excellent, in a quiet residential area but still very close to the tram, making it easy to get around Brussels. A real highlight is the amazing bakery Brood just around the corner, perfect for fresh pastries in the morning. Highly recommended!

Good size flat on the first floor, a few tram stops from the city.
The lighting was a bit dull for our aging eyes. Could have used another garbage bag or two.

A lot of care has gone into making this apartment a lovely comfortable home away from home. We felt there was a good use of space and plenty of storage. Great kitchen and bathroom and very comfortable bed. We appreciated being met by the gentleman on site and the host David checking that everything was ok. If we ever returned to Brussels we wouldn't hesitate to book in there again if available.
