Huge room, plenty of space an dplenty of storage space, two fridges, kitchen and plates and cutlery, staff present but not intrusive, elevators and 24/7 reception desk, facilities not new but cared for "en bon père/mère de famille" and plenty of them and plenty of plugs for extra convenience; heaters on (even too hit in the bathroom)
The extra charm of an independednt hotel well cared for by its owners and staff, and even by uts guests. Will definitely return.

No visible recycling bins
Nothing to inconvenient and I did not have time to tell this to the reception (except the sink issue when I was checking outn and they apologized profusely), but I am sure they would have remedied it if asked

Spacy room, excellent rich breakfast, nice staff, good location, reasonable price.
The only thing: parking procedure inside the garage is very hard, one should be a good driver to move inside.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, with kitchenette and dining table, and big bright windows. It gives a very "at home" feeling.
It has a nice garden.
The personnel were very helpful and nice.
All in all a very pleasant stay
Facilities in the room were outdated.
The beds weren't comfortable.
Poor window isolation, so you can hear the noise outside, metro, etc.

Big room, comfortable bed, good location and lovely staff.
Bathroom had a lot of broken stuff. (lights flickering, not being able to lock the door, the shower head couldn’t stay put and it was very hard to switch the water to the shower head) We could also hear the noise from all the rooms next to ours.

it was clean and the bed was comfortable
there seems to be adequate public parking in front of the building ( you can park for free from 9 pm to 9 15 am)
The furniture was absolutely terrible. the arm chair was shredded and the desk drawer in pieces. the desk and night tables looked like something you would pick up by the side of the road. Also , the kitchenette is poorly furnished. I cannot imagine anyone cooking much there.
The fridge next to the desk did not seem to work.
Also, I would have preferred a location at the back of the building (we were in rm 303) where it might have been quieter.
I do not think that we will return there.

We booked two rooms. One had been recently renovated and was quite good. However, the other room was very outdated—the sofa was broken, the desk lamp didn’t work, and overall it wasn’t worth the price. It would be much better if all the rooms were renovated to the same standard.
The washing machine was very expensive—10 euros per use. While the dryer was free, it unfortunately broke down, leaving us in a difficult situation with all our wet laundry. Thankfully, a cleaning staff member kindly helped us find an alternative dryer in the employee basement. Still, for a 10-euro charge, we expected a basic level of reliability from the laundry facilities.
