Staff, location, price, room size (basically a studio apt).
Mattress - a bit too old, not in line with hotel standing. Overall score is 8 and not 9 as the room is a bit dated. Renovation would make it outstanding.

Convinient location, good AC in Brussel heatwave, bed was too soft fot my taste, but doable. Breakfast choice was excellent (eggs, bacon, sandwich material, muesli, yoghurts, smoothie, pancakes etc. Overall recomend stayng there.

The breakfast was very good and the staff is very friendly. Also good location since it is close to the train line to the airport.
The hotel is a bit old and not noise cancelling at all. We could hear everything from the street and other rooms. Also no blackout curtains so woke up super early with the sun. Not great for a good night's sleep.

The staff was very kind, ready to help in every situation. The room is large, comfortable, clean - and I found very useful the laundry room on the second floor!
The building and facilities aren't brand new, but they're well-maintained and clean.
