In close proximity to the EU offices in the Schuman area of Brussels.
I was given room 606 and there was a continuous odor coming from the toilet. I had to open a room widow to stay in the room. Very unpleasant.

The room I had was huge! There was a kitchenette with 2 mini fridges, a balcony, a desk, a small table and lots of space. There is a dedicated luggage storage room.
Well I had been so impressed with the luggage storage room. It’s locked so that staff have to buzz you inside to access your things. They also have some individual lockers inside with key locks that you can use (deposit 1 euro). We locked small items in a locker and left a bigger suitcase in the general storage area. Unfortunately 2 items were stolen from inside the suitcase. Either a fellow traveler or staff must have done it, so make sure you are very careful and lock everything!

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location close to the metro, and a pleasant atmosphere. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, which made everything really convenient. We also appreciated the luggage storage and the comfortable room. Overall, we had a lovely stay!

It’s location, the friendly staff and neighborhood and everything was close by foot or metro, And the gave us early check at 13:30 for free, plus they gave us a free luggage store since we arrived earlier.

Convenient location close to Schuman metro station, safe neighborhood, spacious room with an electric kettle for making tea/coffee, good breakfast, options for earlier check-in & later check-out, strong wifi.
A bit unusual design of rooms (former flats), staff not really aligned between themselves and booking.com for an earlier check-in, but it turned out just fine. Rooms definitely need some renovation.

The location near the Berlaymont
Around the hotel was a bad smell because of where the ly are keeping the garbage bins and most probably they are not maintain that place The room was not properly cleaned: dust on the floor, under the sofa, rust under the heater in the bathroom and the balcony … the balcony I think it wasn’t cleaned in months, if not years. On the balcony were spider webs, dust on the balcony floor, smoked cigarettes on the balcony floor, the balcony glass was full of dust and I took that dust on my clothes. In the bathroom the shower gel at the bathtub was empty, no one verified it. For around 190 euro per night and 4* this was very disappointing.
