Perfect location. Stunning view from the balcony. Spacious room and overall excellent accommodation.Good breakfast.
In my room, the power outlet used for the refrigerator was in very poor condition. I was even afraid to unplug the appliance. In my opinion, the outlet was not safe or functioning properly, as some parts became so hot that the power cord had started to melt. The refrigerator itself was also not working correctly, with the temperature inside reaching +20°C."

I loved every moment staying here. First, the receptionists were so warm & welcoming.(Thann you!) They accomodated warmly my request for luggage storage and they even allowed me to check-in earlier. Location is perfect and the neighourhood is clean & feels safe. The room's quite spacious and clean & the bed's comfortable. Also, there were English channels on the tv & the AC is functioning well. And my fave was the breakfast! It was delicious!❤️ Will stay here again when I come back to Brussels.
Just a small suggestion - perhaps it's time to modernize the bathroom & also replace the pillows. And the mini-fridge that's in the corner of the bedroom is unnecessary as there's one in the kitchen already. It's a bit of an eyesore in my opinion.

The hotel is very conveniently located. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is an elevator, so heavy luggage does not have to be carried up the stairs. The room was very lovely and spacious, as well as very clean. From the balcony, there is an expansive view over the city, stretching all the way to the Atomium. Luggage storage was available—which is very helpful if you arrive before check-in or are not departing until well after check-out. We were even able to access our room significantly earlier than scheduled! That was a very kind gesture!
Unfortunately, the tap water was undrinkable; it smelled and tasted like a musty cellar. The kitchen was very sparsely equipped—for instance, there were neither scissors nor a sharp knife for cutting fruit or vegetables. Pots and cleaning supplies had to be requested at the reception desk. However, the sponge provided—which consisted of only about one-fifth of a standard sponge—was tiny and hardly suitable for washing dishes. The refrigerator in the kitchen wasn't working, so we had to rely on the small beverage fridge instead. The stove has no markings indicating which knob controls which burner.

Spacious room with a convenient kitchenette.
I was bitten by bed bugs. Of course, they changed me to another room as soon as I realized it and complained about it at the reception. However, I think the whole situation could have been avoided if the cleaning staff had paid more attention, or if they had taken stricter hygiene measures.
