spacious and clean room good breakfast steps to Schumann Metro Station and about 3 or 4 metro stops to the central station and main square steps from the European Commission
a bit of a trek to downtown area and central station to walk bathtub is too high; challenging to get in and out shower curtain clings on you when showering felt a bit dingy and drab

The breakfast was very good and the staff is very friendly. Also good location since it is close to the train line to the airport.
The hotel is a bit old and not noise cancelling at all. We could hear everything from the street and other rooms. Also no blackout curtains so woke up super early with the sun. Not great for a good night's sleep.

Wonderful
The staff was very kind, ready to help in every situation. The room is large, comfortable, clean - and I found very useful the laundry room on the second floor!
The building and facilities aren't brand new, but they're well-maintained and clean.

The air conditioning and facilities available were very comfortable and helped a lot when we needed ac during the heatwave. Additionally, the location was very good being near a beautiful park and le barleymont, which we wouldn’t have visited otherwise.
The staff were away from the reception at first and took too long to get us checked in.

Very nice staff, super clean hotel and excellent breakfast. Location is great. You notice that the facilities are a bit dated but everything is very clean. It was a nice experience and a good value for money, I would recommend it!
The only point that deserves improvement is the soundproofing of the rooms, both from the inside (noise from corridors, doors, HVAC) and the outside (window frames are old and don't filter the noise from the street so well).

The room was very spacious and the neighborhood was nice. We got a discount at Booking.com so it felt like a great value for money.
The nearest metro station was non-functional which meant a fairly long walk to the nearest "major" bus stop.

The room was spacious and seemed clean.
There was one working mini-fridge and another one that was off and being used as a makeshift coffee/tea table. The curtain was old and needed maintenance. There was also a burnt-out lightbulb. To use sauna you have to pay an extra fee (€7.50 per use).

Everything went smooth , property very nice , good organised , metro very close
A little misunderstanding: in messages I got information about parking 15€ per night - we paid 20€ per night, and dog should be for 20€ per stay - we paid 22€ . Not good impression, shame on receptionist
