The room is spacious. The staff friendly. It is very quite and soundproof (which is super important to me) was excellent.
It’s an old building and a lot of small details could be improved considering that it’s a 5 star hotel. But that didn’t prevent me from enjoying my stay.

Close to public transport. Just 15-20 minutes to city center. Nice and clean. I loved the jars with the welcome sweets at the lobby.

It’s located in a Great Neighborhood. The Montgomery Statue it’s right in front of the Hotel. 5 minutes walking distance from Triumphal Arch of the Cinquentenaire and the Royal Museum of the Armed Forces and Military History.

The most amazing room. Very spacious and comfortable with everything we could need.
Lovely toiletries in the room.
The staff were SO friendly and helpful. This really stood out as they all spoke to us, smiled and acknowledged us when we past reception or anywhere around the hotel.
Lovely park close by, bikes to hire close by and easy to get into the centre to explore Brussels.
Prompt replies to any queries I had ahead of arriving.

Spacious, comfortable room, helpful staff, easy access to public transport.
Breakfast was a bit expensive, and as the staff advised us that there were few vegan options, we would definitely not have been able to eat €20 worth, so didn’t have the hotel breakfast. Would be good to have a light breakfast option, and more vegan items.
