For a 5* hotel which provided kettles and teas - shame it didn't offer complimentary water - at least one bottle would have been nice.

this is my go-to place when I go to Brussels, I think I reviewed it already in the past. They did a few small improvements at the reception and in terms of value for money and location is as good as it gets in Brussels

Very calm hotel in spite of its position on loud roundabout - really nothing was hear from outside and nothing also from corridor (room was directly near lift) - unbelievable for me. Room was nice, large enough, bed comfortable. I appreciate also tough curtains which make perfect dark during night (and if you like, also during day). Staff was very friendly, breakfast delicious (try their orange juice or sweets with coffee). In TV I found also 2 Czech channels here in Brussels. Great! Position of the hotel is also good - 1 min to metro Montgomery or tram. It is first hotel, which I must fully recommend to all.
Nothing important, maybe larger selection of meal in breakfast (because it is 5* hotel).
