There is only one elevator for the whole building ; it can take up to 10 mn to get to your floor

Excellent hotel. Staff very friendly, room well furnished and comfortable, nice bathroom with bathtub, everything clean, breakfast with good variety and quality, good location for me personally.
Hard to come up with something as everything was perfect. The minibar was not cold enough, but I am sure this would have been fixed if only I had remembered to mention it.

The hotel position is very convenient for the European Institutions but also for visiting the city since the metro and tram stop are literally just out of the hotel. The surrounding are is also less chaotic and turistic than the downtown area. The room was quite spacious.
I would have appreciate to have a bit more hangers in the wardrobe, or a couple of coat hooks.

The only thing was the tight ramp for parking, so if you drive a larger car, you might be doing a lot of 3 point turns to get in/out, but that is due to location, not the hotel.
