The Hotel is very neat and clean, great location, the stuff is very professional and courteous. Breakfast is excellent for the right amount of price. Madam Iuliana and Madam Li, along the front desk stuff and housekeepers, are very courteous and professional. Definitely, we are highly recommending this place and promise to return soon. Room, staff and setup. Every one of these was excellent! The interactions and support given was great! Thank you!
The only thing was the tight ramp for parking, so if you drive a larger car, you might be doing a lot of 3 point turns to get in/out, but that is due to location, not the hotel.

It was not worth the price I paid. I was not happy with the facilities. I also did not see any fridge (mini bar in my room, 101).
The facilities in the hotel. The iron was very bad and nasty. I did not see any mini bar. There were some noises in the room from outside. The parking was expensive and very small and dirty.

the hotel has a great location, very close to the European institutions. breakfast is decent for a 5 star hotel.

Really nice and clean neighborhood. Underground parking. Traditional decor that feels like good quality.
Sauna facilities need maintenance. Not enough steam. Showers broken.

The room is spacious. The staff friendly. It is very quite and soundproof (which is super important to me) was excellent.
It’s an old building and a lot of small details could be improved considering that it’s a 5 star hotel. But that didn’t prevent me from enjoying my stay.
