cost of breakfast seemed a little high would offer a lighter breakfast option at a cheaper rate

Staff was really friendly and nice, both at the reception and the house keeping. The room was good value for money. There was one problem with the mini bar that felt like it was broken because there was a big piece of ice that was inside. This meant that we couldn't use the fridge as we wanted to. Location is great and very convenient.

Ease of access both from the street and internally with the short corridors and excellent lift. Accommodation was spacious.
Getting into the bath/shower was difficult. The glass shower screen was large and could not be moved, making access almost impossible for an older person.

breakfast was very good. Coffeesupply is strange. Ok you have a coffeemachine when I expected service in restaurant. Butin my case I wanted to take 3 coffees at once and other people waiting makes me nervous. 2 machines needed when lot of people in hotel.
television is small and not even FLEMICH and HOLLAND channels..this is mot ok fot Brussels Restaursnt closed on sundayevening.?!?!

Their Staff,on our arrival late in the evening of April 28. He was very friendly and very detailed on giving us information as it was our first time visiting Brussels. I told him that he was a Gem for giving such excellent customer service with a very frindly smile. We feel grateful to his excellent service.
There is only 1 small elevator,so we have to carry our luggages from 5th floor to reception as the elevator was under repair when we are about to check out

Breakfast was not ready at 7 on my first day there. It was ready at 7.15, so basically 15 minutes late. If you are in a hurry then this might be a big problem!
