Everything was very high quality - the bedding, towels, even the fixtures. Really enjoyed the candy bowl at the entrance ... gummies one day and marshmallow candies the next ... made me feel like I was at home when I grabbed a treat.

I'd not stayed at a EuroStars before but will definitely look for them in the future. Comparable to the US Marriott Autograph collection hotels in quality, I'd say a better value than those even given the amenities.
This particular hotel had a basement Sauna that was awesome and greatly appreciated.
We arrived from the US first thing (8a) and had to wait to check in at 3p. It would have been good to have an early check in and let us shower and explore the city. The luggage was able to be put away but a shower was what I really needed after almost 20 hours of travel.

In paper it is a 5* hotel. It does meet all requirements to be a 5* hotel, but it is in need for a renovation. On the other hand, for the price paid, it is simply great!
Nothing really, since I had read reviews and knew what to expect. One of the best stays in Brussels for the price paid if you know beforehand the limitations.
