The host was nice with us, she let us check in earlier. The room was very spacious. The bus stop right next to guesthouse was very convenient. The kitchen had free coffee and tea for all the guests.
You hear everything that other guests do. In the morning it gets very noisy because of kids and people slamming doors, we would have liked to sleep a bit more. A strong smell came out of the shower and toilet, which were right next to the bed. Very expensive, but like the whole city in the end.

The location was great, you can walk or just take the bus 50 m from the building. Also, there were some good places to eat and drink nearby. The room is small but perfect for one person. Liked the fact that it was quiet. The host was really welcoming and easy to reach. The room was also prepared earlier for check-in. Warmly recommend this property!

I travelled for work at the EU institutions, so the location is just perfect. Sara is very friendly and prompt. There are fruits and coffee free of charge. The bed is very comfortable.
The room is located on the underground floor. Perhaps this is the reason why it is a bit humid. On the last day of my stay the heating pump got noisy, but it did not disturb my sleep.

The room, shower, and toilet were really spacious, comfortable and in quiet surroundings. Room heating was adjustable and functioned well. So did free WiFi- I could work at night. Coffee, tea, and fruits were free to enjoy in the kitchen area.. Sara, the owner, was attentive to my queries. Many thanks.
TV seemed not tuned, so I didn't use it. It's a house, so it doesn't come with soundproof walls - i could hear guests return at night. The kitchen area outside the room was really cold.

I am very satisfied with my stay. The room was as described and very comfortable for its size. The bed was extremely comfortable and the space was well organized despite the economy room, there was a table, a chair, a wardrobe with hangers, a full-length mirror. The bathroom had a large enough shower cabin, hair dryer, mirror and bath products. Every possible amenity was provided, including cleaning and changing of towels. There was tea and coffee available in the communal kitchen, and you could also order breakfast for the duration of your stay. Thanks for the nice time in Brussels!
