The apartment is spacious and very well furnished with clean sheets and comfortable beds. The family who owns the place is very sweet and friendly. The communication for picking the keys up was very easy. Big bathroom and shower tab is available. Very close to the European Parliament only walking distance, but you have to get a bus to get to the center part of the city. The bus station is just outside of the building. The kitchen which is shared outside of the apartment has everything you need to prepare a meal even a coffee automat for fresh coffee. A small terrace garden was available just outside from our room.

I like the location, cleanliness, friendliness of the property owner and workers are exceptional. I also like the quality of facilities are owesome. The beds are superb, we do not feel like going. My daughter is so happy and will not forget this short vacation in a hurry. Thanks Sarah
Everything is okay. Just that the waste bin in the kitchen need to be disposed often. More Tissue paper should also be provided especially for family that stay for more than a day. Enough spoon need to be provided in the kitchen. we only saw one spoon, maybe other occupant left them in the room

Sara is very welcoming. The location is close to public transport ( bus, metro) with a large option in terms of restaurants. Despite this, the street is quiet at night. The bed is very confortable.
Some guests do not lock the front door of the residence, which may not be that safe and leads them to make noise when shutting the door.

The BnB was nice and clean. It was not too big, but it had enough space to host the three of us comfortably. The bathroom was big and there was everything we needed (e.g., hairdryer, towels, shower gel). The appliances I used in the kitchen (i.e., coffee machine) worked very well.
The location is not really in the center, so if you are looking for a place with lots of night life you may be a little disappointed.

The hosts are really warm and nice. They make sure that you have everything that you need. Its really cozy and clean. I only spend one night but if I had to come back for Ill definitely go back there. Its also close from the bus Station and shops.

excellent location for anyone visiting the Berlaymont / European quartier. Spotlessly clean, and very prompt, friendly and helpful contact with the owners. Very comfortable bed, in a recently renovated building. Access to fridge in the shared kitchen, with milk, tea and coffee provided was much appreciated.
All went really well - nothing negative to report.
