A €100 pre-authorization per room is required at check-in on your card. Prepaid cards or cash are not accepted. The pre-authorization will be released after departure, provided there is no damage or breach of our hotel rules, and it should appear in your account within 24 hours to 7 days, depending on your bank. Please bring a passport or government issued photo ID along with a credit card for the lead guest. Check-in is from 3pm, with early check-in available from 11am for a fee, subject to availability. Check-out is by 10am, with late check-out available until 1pm for a fee, also subject to availability. Please check with reception upon arrival. Guests are also able to leave their bags in storage for a small fee. Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above. Recent photo ID may be required to verify the age of adults. To help keep prices low and protect the environment, bedrooms are cleaned every six days at no extra cost. Complimentary towels are available from reception, and additional room cleaning can be purchased if required. Bookings of six or more rooms must be made with the easyHotel Group Bookings Team. Dogs up to 24 in are welcome, with a maximum of two per room for an additional fee payable at check-in. Guide dogs stay free of charge. Our windows don’t open, so you can enjoy peace, quiet and added safety. With air conditioning in every room, you’ll stay comfortable no matter what the weather’s doing outside.

The location was fantastic, close to the centre of town. Easy to get to from the train stations and public transport options are close at hand. Nice clean bathroom, nice hot water in the shower, basic but livable room. AC works well.
No fridge, lack of space to put your things, you have to pay for access to hot water if you want to make yourself some tea. Bit of a dank smell in the hallways, elevator, and at times even the bedroom. Lack of communication between the staff, I paid for a later check out time as 10am is rather early and I was rudely awoken by room service at 9.30, and again at 10.30. Noone seemed to be aware my check out time was extended even though I paid for it on arrival. No "do not disturb" hanger existed in the room and room service still managed to come in even though the door was "locked".

The room is comfortable, bed, pillows! For my wife the pillow is high a little bit uncomfortable although the bed is so comfortable! The shower is hot!
The room is small and if you have big baggage’s like 23 maybe you will open it on the bed!

Positioning
Heating was not working. We had to go at least 5 times to the reception during our stay to ask them to start the heating. It was controlled from the reception and not from the room. They did not have a towel or anything to use to wipe the floor. Windows were bad, you coul hear everything from outside trough them.

The hotel is really comfortable and nice especially for the price. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean. Location is perfect, I didn’t have to use public transport, I could reach everywhere by feet.
The fan and air-conditioning in the room were loud, which caused me some sleep challenges. I had to turn off air-conditioner (and then it was cold), but couldn’t turn off the fan. It was working the whole night. Another part that I think should be clear in advance, they don’t have tooth brush. I understand the ecological reasons, but I would like to know in advance.

Actually everything - I got what I expected. Nice bad, clean, great location, casual interior and good price/quality - exactly what you need for 1 or 2 nights for your city trip.
it would be nice to have 1 big bed except of 2 single beds in a room for 1 person. But it is just a little remark.

Excellent location - easy walking to everything we wanted to do, but we still easily found street parking (which was free on the weekend). Staff was very friendly and helpful. The space was clean and functional. I had been worried the shower/bathroom was open to the room from the pictures, but it's not! There's a solid wall and a door that closes.
The room was a little tight for two people, with no extra surfaces for setting bags or things down besides the nightstands.

When checking in I asked to use the restroom located to the immediate left of the registration desk and was told “no” to go to the “Wolf” restaurant around the corner. The restrooms were not being cleaned nor were they out of service. This was not “guest friendly”.
