A €100 pre-authorization per room is required at check-in on your card. Prepaid cards or cash are not accepted. The pre-authorization will be released after departure, provided there is no damage or breach of our hotel rules, and it should appear in your account within 24 hours to 7 days, depending on your bank. Please bring a passport or government issued photo ID along with a credit card for the lead guest. Check-in is from 3pm, with early check-in available from 11am for a fee, subject to availability. Check-out is by 10am, with late check-out available until 1pm for a fee, also subject to availability. Please check with reception upon arrival. Guests are also able to leave their bags in storage for a small fee. Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above. Recent photo ID may be required to verify the age of adults. To help keep prices low and protect the environment, bedrooms are cleaned every six days at no extra cost. Complimentary towels are available from reception, and additional room cleaning can be purchased if required. Bookings of six or more rooms must be made with the easyHotel Group Bookings Team. Dogs up to 24 in are welcome, with a maximum of two per room for an additional fee payable at check-in. Guide dogs stay free of charge. Our windows don’t open, so you can enjoy peace, quiet and added safety. With air conditioning in every room, you’ll stay comfortable no matter what the weather’s doing outside.

When checking in I asked to use the restroom located to the immediate left of the registration desk and was told “no” to go to the “Wolf” restaurant around the corner. The restrooms were not being cleaned nor were they out of service. This was not “guest friendly”.

Location was great (and it was the only reason I would justify the £470 for 3 nights)
Throughout our stay, the whole floor had a very VERY bad smell to the point that our room also had a very bad smell. It smelled like garbage along with mould, something insufferable. The staff didn't even mention it to us, we had to ask them what was going on and they told us it was a water issue. I would expect to move us rooms but the only thing they did was to give us the storage for free (5 whole euros....). The room was very very small and on top of that we had that disgusting smell and our whole experience was not great.

The location was perfect, the room with enough space for the short stay. Quite at night. Nice friendly staff. There is a coffee machine in the lobby for the early morning coffee or during the day.
The shower door opens strangely, water runs from under the door into the room. There is only 1 chair in the room for 2 people, no place to put things, only a few hangers for hanging outerwear. I was a bit surprised that you have to pay for storing your luggage. Most hotels with early check-out times store your luggage for free.
