A €100 pre-authorization per room is required at check-in on your card. Prepaid cards or cash are not accepted. The pre-authorization will be released after departure, provided there is no damage or breach of our hotel rules, and it should appear in your account within 24 hours to 7 days, depending on your bank. Please bring a passport or government issued photo ID along with a credit card for the lead guest. Check-in is from 3pm, with early check-in available from 11am for a fee, subject to availability. Check-out is by 10am, with late check-out available until 1pm for a fee, also subject to availability. Please check with reception upon arrival. Guests are also able to leave their bags in storage for a small fee. Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above. Recent photo ID may be required to verify the age of adults. To help keep prices low and protect the environment, bedrooms are cleaned every six days at no extra cost. Complimentary towels are available from reception, and additional room cleaning can be purchased if required. Bookings of six or more rooms must be made with the easyHotel Group Bookings Team. Dogs up to 24 in are welcome, with a maximum of two per room for an additional fee payable at check-in. Guide dogs stay free of charge. Our windows don’t open, so you can enjoy peace, quiet and added safety. With air conditioning in every room, you’ll stay comfortable no matter what the weather’s doing outside.

The hotel was located in the center with very easy access to metro. The room was small but comfortable and very clean. However, the internet did not work at all and that was a huge inconvenience. Would have given a higher rating if the internet would work.

We had a very disappointing experience with the room temperature and the customer service. The air conditioning control would not allow us to lower the temperature, and when we tried to call the front desk for assistance, the room telephone was not working. We had to go downstairs ourselves to ask for help. Unfortunately, the night shift supervisor on duty at 10:00 p.m. was not friendly or accommodating. He simply explained that the hotel had switched the air conditioning system to heating mode and that the temperature could not be lowered any further. No alternative solution was offered. As a result, the room was uncomfortably hot, and we were unable to get a good night’s sleep or rest properly. It is unacceptable for guests to be left in these conditions with no way to adjust the temperature or contact the front desk. To make matters worse, the staff member’s attitude made an already frustrating situation even worse. Good customer service means helping guests find solutions, not simply telling them that nothing can be done. Unfortunately, this experience significantly affected our stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values comfort, a good night’s rest, and respectful customer service.

Well situated, close to many sights, restaurants, etc
No cupboards, drawers or anything to put your clothes and belongings in. Mattress sliding as soon as you sat on it. Same with sheets - not fitted - No hand towels. No kettle etc in the room. No phone in the room. No possibility to have breakfast there

Wonderful
The room was pleasant with a beautiful view. Located very close to the central train station and the city center, it is in a great position and feels very safe when traveling alone. Great service and very helpful staff.
room cleaning service could perhaps be provided more frequently during the stay, or maybe I just missed that detail during check-in.
