A €100 pre-authorization per room is required at check-in on your card. Prepaid cards or cash are not accepted. The pre-authorization will be released after departure, provided there is no damage or breach of our hotel rules, and it should appear in your account within 24 hours to 7 days, depending on your bank. Please bring a passport or government issued photo ID along with a credit card for the lead guest. Check-in is from 3pm, with early check-in available from 11am for a fee, subject to availability. Check-out is by 10am, with late check-out available until 1pm for a fee, also subject to availability. Please check with reception upon arrival. Guests are also able to leave their bags in storage for a small fee. Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above. Recent photo ID may be required to verify the age of adults. To help keep prices low and protect the environment, bedrooms are cleaned every six days at no extra cost. Complimentary towels are available from reception, and additional room cleaning can be purchased if required. Bookings of six or more rooms must be made with the easyHotel Group Bookings Team. Dogs up to 24 in are welcome, with a maximum of two per room for an additional fee payable at check-in. Guide dogs stay free of charge. Our windows don’t open, so you can enjoy peace, quiet and added safety. With air conditioning in every room, you’ll stay comfortable no matter what the weather’s doing outside.

Wonderful
It was very good stay. We loved the shower. And the bed was very comfortable. The space is ok, not very spacious, but for 2 people is very ok. It’s in a very good location, close to the city center and metro. I really recommend it.
We didn’t like the door in the bathroom, because it is the same door to the shower, so it was a bit confusing.

Everything about the Easyhotel business model is outstanding. first rate locations, no frills low cost but value for money. first class location, decent bed, clean bed linen.
An unbearable urine stench permeated the room. It was as though a drunk sailor had urinated everywhere and the cleaners had done a grim job at cleaning it. I hope my complaint serves to address this issue and I will return.

My check-in was easy and efficient. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.
The doors slam which woke me up. I am pregnant and struggle to sleep enough as it is- this late noise was unsettling & I didn't sleep well because it happened several times. I tested my own door and it's the doors themselves.

The location of the hotel was very good
I knew the room were small, but wow I didn’t realize how uncomfortable it was be. The first day taking a shower I thought I wasn’t going to be able to stay the whole time we booked the hotel. The bathroom has barely space to put anything! I had to constantly get out of the bathroom to get something else. They should add some selves! On top of that, we paid a price and then we saw the hotel price was half what we paid. Honestly I was beyond mad when I saw they go so much cheaper than what we paid for!! The ventilation in the bathroom didn’t work so every time one of us went to the bathroom the smell went nowhere… it was just a bad experience… they charge $1 for water in the reception, there is no kettle in the room, the toilet paper was so hard, no hand towel. The list goes on and on!

The location was fantastic, close to the centre of town. Easy to get to from the train stations and public transport options are close at hand. Nice clean bathroom, nice hot water in the shower, basic but livable room. AC works well.
No fridge, lack of space to put your things, you have to pay for access to hot water if you want to make yourself some tea. Bit of a dank smell in the hallways, elevator, and at times even the bedroom. Lack of communication between the staff, I paid for a later check out time as 10am is rather early and I was rudely awoken by room service at 9.30, and again at 10.30. Noone seemed to be aware my check out time was extended even though I paid for it on arrival. No "do not disturb" hanger existed in the room and room service still managed to come in even though the door was "locked".

The room is comfortable, bed, pillows! For my wife the pillow is high a little bit uncomfortable although the bed is so comfortable! The shower is hot!
The room is small and if you have big baggage’s like 23 maybe you will open it on the bed!

Positioning
Heating was not working. We had to go at least 5 times to the reception during our stay to ask them to start the heating. It was controlled from the reception and not from the room. They did not have a towel or anything to use to wipe the floor. Windows were bad, you coul hear everything from outside trough them.

The hotel is really comfortable and nice especially for the price. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean. Location is perfect, I didn’t have to use public transport, I could reach everywhere by feet.
The fan and air-conditioning in the room were loud, which caused me some sleep challenges. I had to turn off air-conditioner (and then it was cold), but couldn’t turn off the fan. It was working the whole night. Another part that I think should be clear in advance, they don’t have tooth brush. I understand the ecological reasons, but I would like to know in advance.
