I stayed at this hotel because I had an early 8 am flight out of the airport. The airport offers a shuttle that starts at 6 pm. The hotel was comfortable and the staff was very nice. I did not eat or drink within the hotel. I spent the day in the center of Brussels as a proper tourist.

My flight got cancelled and I had to book a hotel quickly, overall experience was good but I arrived late and left early so not much time at the hotel.
But service was overall fine.
Not much to complain about - they had some renovations in the lobby and the bar was closed when we arrived just over midnight. But no harm done.

I was happy with the service that I received although I felt like complimentary breakfast should have been included with the booking.

Clean open areas very welcoming atmosphere in the foyer.
Rooms were spacious and comfortable with good amenities'
the first days breakfast was unfortunate all food items were cold and below what would be expected.

Location for an event we were attending. Also the decor and relaxed plush environment
Breakfast in the morning when extremely busy due to a cancelled flight led to not a lot of selection available. When quiet the breakfast was good. But we did not like cold scrambled eggs.
