Quick check in and clean room, over all a good experience.
We found the restaurant to be pricy and limited in options. Walking into to the village was easy 15 min walk for more options.

Even though this hotel was near the airport, we never heard a plane take off or land which let us have a good night sleep before our departure.
The bed was comfortable. Nice bathroom.

Great location to catch an early flight at Zavantem airport. 15 minute shuttle ride.
Hotel is very nice inside and quiet.

Comfort, good bed, nice view
The shower tap was loose and did not give enough water pressure. Also the water heat was difficult to control.
Also the airport shuttle service could have been explained better. It took me a while to figure out where the bus station is located at the airport.

Wonderful
The staff was very helpful when we had to change rooms due to a malfunctioning AC. The breakfast was very good, and my kids loved the buffet choices. We also had dinner; the kitchen staff was very accommodating, and the service was excellent. We had burgers, which were cooked to our liking. Should we come to Brussels again, the Crowne Plaza would be our top choice."
The weather was extremely hot and the AC was struggling, so we had to change rooms. In retrospect, we could have asked for fans, but I didn't think about it at the time.

Conveniently located, easy access and very accommodating staff. Alex who works at the bar has excellent hospitality skills, super nice and a professional person. It was definitely easier for us to see familiar faces from our last visit in Nov 2025.
Lighter air freshener might be better at entrance. Many people might get triggered differently by heavy, musty smells.

Crowded at elevator . Only 2 out of 4 lifts working. Had to waiting 10 minutes to get to 5th floor.
