Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean, good sized and quiet room with an excellent airport shuttle bus service to and from the hotel.
Oddly located in a semi commercial area
- saving grace being the provision of a free shuttle bus service. Lots of construction work currently going on around the hotel, however; Brussels Airport is being extensively renovated at the moment.

Very close to airport and there is a free shuttle in every 30 minutes. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Bathroom is very large and clean. Compliments in the room, such as coffee, small chocolates and cookies, and water is so good. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is rich compared to European hotels. A general cleanliness inside whole hotel is very visible. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Location of the hotel is very close to airport, but on the other hand very far from the city centre. No public transport in nearbys, so you need to pay around 40€ to Uber if you want to visit centre. And although breakfast is quite good, it is a little bit expensive as it is 30€. But all in all, it is a very cosy, clean and comfortable hotel.

The room was excellent it located with a good view of the front of the hotel. It was ambient even though there is development works going on. The reception staff were exceptionally polite, professional and explained all the facilities and services on offer. We were not rushed and treated as though we were the only person checking in. Great to be greeted with a warm welcoming smile it made all the difference after a long journey.
The staff in the breakfast lounge were mostly pleasant, but the lady checking us in was rude abrupt and quite condecending in her approach. The breakfast was limited, they had ran out of fruits by the time we arrived for breakfast and it was not refilled.

Clean room and facilities. Garden and access to nature is great
Restaurant did not allow dogs regardless of ability to cordon off some areas. Had to leave dog alone in the room.
